Called "attention." Furthermore, the second "Good Sir, again" means that (attention) itself is the supreme merit. That refers to rejoicing and attention. After teaching these three worldly paths of meditation, the transcendental path of meditation is what was previously taught as "accomplishment" and "utter purity." Among these, with regard to "accomplishment," it is said: "Its essence is the supreme of the supreme, It does not apprehend manifestation in all, Establishing all dharmas without characteristics, This is the great benefit of accomplishment." "Its" refers to the path. "Essence" refers to the Prajnaparamita. Because it has transcended conceptualization, it is wisdom. Starting from "Bhagavan, Prajnaparamita is for the sake of utter purity," and up to "Bhagavan, Prajnaparamita is for the sake of the emptiness of the nature of non-things, the nature of all dharmas is also emptiness," the essence is spoken of. "Supreme of the supreme" means that Prajnaparamita itself is the foremost and principal of the five perfections, from unequal to equal, it speaks of the supreme of the supreme. "It does not apprehend manifestation in all" means that not apprehending manifestation in all dharmas, that is its manifestation accomplishment. From "not manifesting the accomplishment of form" to "omniscience," because there is no manifestation accomplishment, one should manifest the accomplishment of Prajnaparamita. Starting from "because of not manifesting the accomplishment of form," and up to "in omniscience there is no manifestation accomplishment, without birth and without characteristics, therefore one should manifest the accomplishment of Prajnaparamita," it speaks of manifestation accomplishment. "Establishing all dharmas without characteristics" means that through the gate of all dharmas being without characteristics, it establishes that as the Buddha Dharma. The Prajnaparamita that is thus manifested and accomplished does not obtain any dharma, etc., up to not obtaining omniscience, it speaks of

It is said that all dharmas are initiated through the gateway of non-objectification. For example, the Prajñāpāramitā is the great pāramitā, which does not consider anything from form to the dharmas of the Buddha as large or small, powerful or powerless. Whatever form and so on may be, whether large or small, these are not its homogeneous cause, because Bodhisattvas are not those with conceptual consciousness. Therefore, it is called greatly meaningful because it attains enlightenment through the method of non-objectification, and the Abhisamaya has been explained. The root of the supramundane path of meditation and the path of seeing is faith. What is its cause? Serving the Buddhas and giving, etc., and whatever skillful means there are, these are the causes of faith in this. "This" refers to the Prajñāpāramitā. "Serving the Buddhas" means that one comes here after having attended to and honored the perfectly complete Buddhas of the ten directions. From "the venerable Śāradvatīputra" to "born here," it speaks of serving the Buddhas. "Giving and so on" means that from "Śāradvatīputra" up to before "the venerable Subhūti said to the Blessed One," one cultivates giving and so on correctly. From "the venerable Subhūti said to the Blessed One in this way" up to "exertion," it is skillful means. Subhūti, furthermore, from "the vehicle of the Bodhisattva" up to "will fall into the hands of evil friends," it is the action of becoming impoverished by dharma. The causes of being impoverished by dharma are: being oppressed by the hordes of demons, not having faith in the profound dharma, being attached to the aggregates and so on, and being seized by evil friends. That is to say, there are four causes of being impoverished by dharma: being blessed by demons, not having faith in the profound dharma, being overly attached to the aggregates and so on, and being completely controlled by evil friends.
