Among these, the aspect of refuting the clinging to all phenomena with sixteen such as emptiness is patience. The ten aspects such as the absence of arising and ceasing for each of the forms, etc., are the supreme of Dharma. The Sutra Pitaka is below the lineage like a rhinoceros horn. Then, the Blessed One said to Indra, the lord of gods, from "Those who study all-knowingness should not have duality, but should study the countless and immeasurable Buddha Dharma" is the heat stage. From "One should not study for the sake of increasing or decreasing form" to "One should not study for the sake of grasping or abandoning form" is the peak stage. Starting from "Why is that?" to "All-knowingness arises in the manner of not clinging to all phenomena" is the patience stage. After that, in the manner of "not learning, not arising" is the supreme of Dharma. This is the teaching of the path of the solitary realizer. After that, when the Bodhisattva path is to be spoken, first, the Sutra of the path of seeing and its benefits, briefly summarizes its meaning: With the truth and the patience of the truth, and the four moments of wisdom, the wisdom of the path is the path of seeing, this speaks of its benefits. Thus it is said. For each truth there are four moments. Two patiences and two wisdoms, namely the patience of the Dharma-knowledge of suffering, the Dharma-knowledge of suffering, the patience of the subsequent knowledge of suffering, and the subsequent knowledge of suffering. The origin, cessation, and path are also the same. These are called here the wisdom of the path is the path of seeing. The benefits are vast, such as: The Tathagatagarbha and the Buddha, because of being mutually dependent and non-dependent, do not acknowledge different names, and are endowed with great immeasurable nature, immeasurable, boundless, and the forms, etc. that abide therein, are determined in Buddhahood, and without taking or abandoning, etc., and loving-kindness, etc. pervade emptiness, and Buddhahood is completely held, and all purity, and eliminating fear and all diseases, holding Nirvana in peace, and protected by the Buddhas, etc.

Abstaining from killing, and so on. In the aspect of understanding all aspects, abiding oneself and placing sentient beings, in placement and giving, and so on, dedicating to perfect enlightenment. It is the moment of knowing the path. (This is) spoken in five verses. Having the immeasurable is being together with the immeasurable, which means the great nature and the immeasurable. Only the limit is the limit itself, which is measurable and the limit itself. Not having those means immeasurable and not having the limit itself. Form, and so on, refers to being connected with the seven moments, form, and so on, itself is the nature of suffering and arising. Seeing form itself with love, and so on, is the eighth moment, the object of this is form, and so on, itself, which is shown as sentient beings. Therefore, the eight moments abide in form, and so on. Among them, the first moment, if it is thought that the Tathagata abides in the suchness of form, and so on. That is also unreasonable. Because suchness and the Buddha, are mutually dependent and non-dependent. In any suchness of form there is no Tathagata, and in the Tathagata there is no suchness of form, because it is said so. Nomenclature means other aspects. Acceptance is abiding, like impermanence, and so on, it is oneself. Any suchness of form is not other than the Tathagata, the Tathagata is not other than the suchness of form, thus it is said extensively. Like this, the Tathagata is not other, similarly the Prajnaparamita is also not other. If it becomes other, then non-discrimination is unreasonable. Any form is not Prajnaparamita, even if it exists within form, there is no Prajnaparamita, and so on, until it is said that even if it exists within the Dharma nature of all-knowingness, there is no Prajnaparamita. Prajnaparamita refers to the forbearance of knowing the Dharma in suffering. Distinguishing the occasions of the four moments that have greatness, etc., as their object is to the other shore.

English

Beginning with "This perfection is vast," up to "Why is that?" is the teaching. From there down to "endowed with power" is the explanation. Its meaning is this: the greatness of form and so on is without end in the three times, in things that are and are not, because its suchness is like the sky. Therefore, with a great aim, this is a great perfection, up to where "immeasurable" is said, is the knowledge of dharma in suffering. That which cannot be completely measured is immeasurable, up to where "perfection is immeasurable" is said, is the forbearance of subsequent knowledge of suffering. That which cannot be counted is immeasurable, up to where "unlimited" is said, is the subsequent knowledge of suffering. Birth is the prior limit, and cessation is the later limit, and that which is completely immeasurable is the unlimitedness of form and so on. The knowledge of all aspects is unlimited, the realm of dharma is unlimited, suchness is unlimited, sentient beings are unlimited, and because it is aimed at that, this is the unlimited perfection. From "Because the sky is limitless, perfection is limitless," up to "the gods endowed with power," what is said is the forbearance of the knowledge of dharma in the origin. There means abiding in the perfection of wisdom of form and so on. Determining to be a Buddha, one should see only the Buddha. From "Why the gods endowed with power," up to "will become a Buddha, a Blessed One," what is said is the knowledge of dharma in the origin. "Without taking, without abandoning, etc.," means that form and so on are without taking and without abandoning, abiding in the emptiness of form and so on. From "Those sons of the gods to the Blessed One," up to "will not find an opportunity," what is said is the forbearance of subsequent knowledge of the origin. "Loving-kindness, etc.," means loving-kindness.
