雙足平滿足心隱沒，毛髮上豎生長。腿如羚羊般纖細，雙手修長美觀。隱密處深藏於內，皮膚呈金色且薄。毛髮一一向右旋轉生長，面容莊嚴，上半身如獅子。此尊雙臂圓潤，肩部豐滿。對此尊而言，不美味之物也顯得美味。身軀如榕樹般寬廣。頂髻端正，舌頭修長美觀。聲音如梵天般清淨，面頰如獅子，牙齒潔白且大小均勻，排列整齊。牙齒數量完整，共有四十顆。眼睛呈深藍色，眼睫毛極佳。這些都是三十二相。以何種標誌來成就這些相好？又是什麼樣的原因能促成這些相好？正是因為圓滿具足了這些，才能夠真正成就這些相好。供養上師等等，以及如法受持並堅定不移，供養豐盛的物品，救度應被殺害的眾生。從中解脫，以及如法受持增長善法等等，這些都是成就相好的原因。正如經中所說的那樣。以上就是所說的內容。其中，前五個偈頌闡述了各個相好的自性。之後的一個偈頌總體闡述了成就這些相好的原因。接著，兩個偈頌分別詳細闡述了各個原因。例如，供養和迎接上師等，能使手足具足輪相。如法受持戒律並堅定不移，能使雙足如龜足般安穩。依止四攝法，能使手足指間如雁王般有網相連。供養豐盛的飲食等，能使手足柔軟細嫩。供養極其豐盛的食物等，能使手足、肩部和頸部高聳，具足七處隆滿相。從殺戮中解救眾生，能使手指修長。給予眾生食物，能使腳跟寬廣。斷除殺生，能使身軀高大端正。如法受持善法，能使足踝隱沒不現。行持善法

Feet are level and the soles are concealed, hairs grow upwards. Legs are slender like an antelope, hands are long and beautiful. The secret place is deeply hidden within, the skin is golden and thin. Hairs grow one by one turning to the right, the face is dignified, the upper body is like a lion. This one's arms are round, shoulders are full. For this one, even unappetizing things appear delicious. The body is as wide as a banyan tree. The crown of the head is upright, the tongue is long and beautiful. The voice is as pure as Brahma, the cheeks are like a lion, the teeth are white and even in size, arranged neatly. The number of teeth is complete, totaling forty. The eyes are deep blue, the eyelashes are excellent. These are the thirty-two marks. By what marks are these perfections accomplished? And what are the causes that bring about these perfections? It is precisely because of the complete possession of these that these perfections are truly accomplished. Offering to the guru and so on, as well as properly upholding and being steadfast, offering abundant objects, saving beings who should be killed. Liberating from that, as well as properly upholding and increasing virtuous deeds and so on, these are the characteristics of the causes that accomplish the marks. Just as it appears in the sutras. That is what is said. Among them, the first five verses explain the self-nature of each mark. After that, one verse generally explains the causes that accomplish these marks. Then, two verses explain each cause in detail. For example, offering and welcoming the guru, etc., enables the hands and feet to possess the marks of the wheel. Properly upholding the vows and being steadfast enables the feet to be as stable as a tortoise's feet. Relying on the four means of gathering, enables the fingers of the hands and feet to be connected by webs like the king of geese. Offering abundant food and so on, enables the hands and feet to be soft and tender. Offering extremely abundant food and so on, enables the hands and feet, shoulders, and back of the neck to be high, possessing the seven raised features. Rescuing beings from killing enables the fingers to be long. Giving beings food enables the heels to be broad. Abandoning killing enables the body to be tall and upright. 我清净受持并弘扬，故身毛上竖。 恭敬供养智慧及工艺等，故如鹿王爱那耶。 不舍弃前来乞求财物的众生，故手长且美妙。 令一切众生皆受持清净梵行。 守护秘密语，故马阴藏于鞘中。 施予丰盛的坐垫，故肤色如金。 施予精舍等清净处所，故皮肤柔滑。 完全舍弃喧嚣等，故一毛孔生一右旋毛。 如实安立一切上师，故面容为妙旋毛所庄严。 任何情况下都不以粗恶语伤人，故上半身如狮子。 随顺悦耳语和善语，故双肩圆满。 施予医药等，故双肩丰满。 服侍病人，故深知各种味道。 如法建造森林和园林等，故如榕树般广阔。 特别布施寺庙等，故顶有肉髻。 宣说极其柔和之语等，故舌头长广。 令一切世间众生 了知正法，故具梵音。 舍弃绮语，故面颊如狮子。 恭敬一切众生等，故牙齿洁白。 以清净的食物为生，故牙齿平整。 恒常使用真实语，故牙齿紧密。 舍弃离间语，故具足四十齿。 视一切众生如独子，故双眼绀青。 以无嗔恨之心视之，故睫毛如牛王。 何为八十随好？以中间的偈颂宣说： 佛陀的指甲是铜色， 颜色润泽高隆，手指 圆润丰满，纤细美丽， 脉络不显，无有结节。 踝骨不显，足跟平整， 如狮子、象、鸟， 牛王般行走。

By purely upholding and spreading, the body hairs turn upwards. By respectfully offering wisdom and crafts, it is like the deer king Ena. By not abandoning beings who come to beg for wealth, the hands are long and beautiful. Causing all beings to uphold pure conduct. Guarding secret words, the horse's penis is hidden in its sheath. By giving abundant cushions, the skin color is like gold. By giving pure places such as monasteries, the skin is smooth. By completely abandoning clamor and the like, each pore grows a hair that curls to the right. By establishing all the supreme beings as they are, the face is adorned with beautiful swirls. Never harming others with harsh words in any situation, the upper body is like a lion. By following agreeable and virtuous speech, the shoulders are perfectly round. By giving medicine and the like, the shoulders are full. By serving the sick, one knows the best of all tastes. By properly building forests and gardens, it is as wide as a banyan tree. By especially giving monasteries and the like, the head has a crown protuberance. By speaking extremely gentle words and the like, the tongue is long and broad. Causing all beings in all realms to understand the true Dharma, one possesses the voice of Brahma. By abandoning frivolous speech, the cheeks are like a lion. By honoring all beings and the like, the teeth are white. By living on pure food, the teeth are even. By constantly using truthful words, the teeth are close together. By abandoning divisive speech, one possesses forty teeth. By regarding all beings as one's only child, the eyes are blue-black. By looking without anger, the eyelashes are like a king of cows. What are the eighty minor marks? They are spoken of in the intermediate verses: The Buddha's nails are copper-colored, The color is lustrous and high, the fingers are round and full, slender and beautiful, the veins are invisible, and there are no knots. The ankles are invisible, the heels are even, like a lion, elephant, bird, walking like a king of cows.
