and entering the path of wisdom and skillful means, the Buddhas perform the acts of protecting, saving, and concealing; desiring to manifest Buddhahood, one abides in abstaining from killing and other such actions, and also establishes others in this; with inexhaustible and perfect actions, one dedicates all virtuous deeds such as generosity to perfect enlightenment; these four are the aspects of the truth of the path, such as the forbearance of knowledge of the Dharma. Thus, the path itself has sixteen moments. Therefore, the treatise that emphasizes the concise representation of the meaning in verses not only shows a small portion of wisdom with sixteen moments, but also completely symbolizes the meaning with aspects, it should be understood. After that, because it is appropriate to speak of the meaning of familiarizing oneself with the path of seeing, the content spoken is less, and in order to enter the fruit by knowing the fruit, the function of the path of meditation is spoken: completely subdued and to all, prostration and victory over afflictions, without being oppressed by harm, enlightenment and the object of offering. This is the content. One who is endowed with yoga makes the mind independent in all ways, free from pride, prostrates to all those who have become gurus, obtains the power of having an antidote, conquers the battlefield of desire and so on, with the mind that knows all aspects, diligently cultivates the Prajnaparamita, and does not become a place where the harm of others can reach, because the Paramitas that have become the cause have been completely cultivated and perfected, therefore it is close to the perfect enlightenment that is the fruit, because it has become the basis of inconceivable qualities, therefore it becomes the object of offering. The actions of those who abide in the path of meditation are these six. After these six, in what way are these qualities heard, and the path of meditation itself is explained, for the time being, the first path of meditation with defilements, which is aspiration and attention, is spoken: aspiration for one's own benefit, one's own and others' benefit, and others' benefit, these three knowable things are also small, medium, and large.

It is considered as three kinds of faith. By the distinctions of small, small, etc., it is also three kinds, and thus, it is considered as twenty-seven kinds. Thus it is said. Even if one does not initially manifest aiming at the meaning of oneself, both, and only others, one should know the three that become the basis of virtuous Dharma by seeing as one believes. Each of those is also divided into three types by the distinctions of small, etc., and each is also divided into three types by the distinctions of small, small, etc., which is nine times nine, thus three nines are twenty-seven kinds of faith. Among them, believing in the Prajnaparamita is superior to offering to the relics of the Tathagata, as it is said, and believing in the meaning of smallness because one does not understand its greatness, and understanding that the Buddha is the teacher whether he is present or not, such as these are the faith of small, small, etc., which has its own meaning. Making a hundred thousand stupas with the heart of relics, and filling the Jambudvipa, and being superior to offering to the four continents, such as these are the medium faith of small, etc. It is superior to offering to a thousand, two thousand, and three thousand such stupas, such as these are the great faith of small, etc. Each sentient being of the three thousand worlds offers such stupas, and making the lineage of the Three Jewels unbroken and preventing the war of the Asuras, and being superior to perfecting the five perfections, such as these are the faith of small, small, etc., which has the meaning of both oneself and others. Obtaining the five aggregates that surpass the world and the Shravakas, and accomplishing the pride of the gods, and being respected by the noble ones, such as these are the medium faith of small, etc. Giving, etc., is not taken away by others, and becoming the supreme Dharma giving to the gods, and the body and mind are extremely gentle and generate splendor, etc., are the great faith of small, etc. It is superior to offering to the Buddhas of the ten directions and their retinue, as it is said.
