Having equal love for oneself, and being free from arrogance due to the unoriginated nature of all things, without any object of focus, the equality of all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, and the certainty of realizing the one Great Vehicle because it does not have the characteristics of different vehicles, and fully knowing that the nature of all phenomena is unborn from the beginning, and understanding the patience of not being afraid of emptiness, teaching the Dharma through the gate of skillful means to all that is to be known, uniquely demonstrating the very nature of the Great Vehicle in a way that is free from grasping and clinging, destroying all the concepts of attachment to what is grasped and what grasps, abandoning the notion of clinging to characteristics, abandoning the five views such as the view of the perishable collection, eliminating afflictions such as desire, the single-pointed quiescence with the goal of omniscience, and being skilled in abandoning the remainder by possessing perfect wisdom, and subduing one's mind by knowing the characteristics of cessation and the path, unobstructed wisdom towards form and so on, and not being a place of manifest attachment due to the non-establishment of the support and basis, going simultaneously to other Buddha-fields as desired and teaching the Dharma, and by showing oneself excellently in accordance with those to be tamed and accomplishing their benefit, becoming an antidote to the contradiction of emptiness. It is twenty in terms of the characteristic of non-objectification. Thereafter, the purification of the eighth ground, which is mainly the perfection of aspiration, is taught. Verse: Knowing the minds of all beings, playing with supernormal powers, accomplishing excellent Buddha-fields, for the sake of thorough examination, attending to the Buddhas. Knowing the faculties and the Victorious Ones, pure lands abiding like illusions, taking according to desire, this speaks of eight kinds of actions. Thus, and so on. Knowing the behavior of all sentient beings as it is with a single mind, playing in the world with the manifestation of supernormal powers, and not changing their thoughts, giving immeasurable wealth of offerings that transform the support of the Buddha-field into the essence of gold and so on, even if giving, one will not become arrogant because of it.

Moreover, in order to benefit sentient beings, by thoroughly examining the Dharma in every way, one attends to the Buddha and reveres the Dharma, generates the divine eye and so forth, abides in the ten powers, fully knows the faculties of sentient beings, and purifies the Buddha-fields, abandoning laziness and so forth, thereby purifying the minds of sentient beings. One constantly abides as if in illusion, and even though accomplishing all these things, one's mind does not cling closely. By prioritizing intelligence, one independently takes birth in a body that ripens sentient beings. By cultivating these eight types of actions as before, one attains the eighth immovable ground and becomes complete. Thereafter, the cultivation of the ninth ground is taught, primarily through the perfection of power itself. The verse states: 'Pure aspirations are limitless, Knowing the languages of gods and others, Eloquence is like a great river, Excellent and complete is entering the womb, Lineage, bloodline, and ancestry, Retinue and all births, Qualities such as renunciation and the Bodhi tree, Are fully endowed with perfect qualities.' Thus it is said. Because the perfections are well completed, limitless aspirations are fulfilled as one thinks. By correctly knowing each of its words, one knows the languages of all sentient beings, such as gods. By correctly knowing the profound Dharma and so forth, eloquence is inexhaustible like a river of arrangement. Entering the womb or being born miraculously through praise of skillful means, as well as lineages such as kings, bloodlines such as the sun, ancestries connected through seven generations of father and mother, retinues of independent ones and those established in their own enlightenment, births praised by Indra and others, shaking, illuminating with light, and so forth, thorough renunciation of Buddhas and others urging, wonderful liberation, and trees made of various jewels, relying on Bodhi trees such as the Aśvattha tree for the body and attaining enlightenment, and completely accomplishing all qualities such as powers that have become the essence of the Buddha's Dharma. These twelve dharmas are cultivated as before.
