And, only occasionally, sometimes. Questions are not answered. The prayer place of the Buddhas, enters naturally in a formless way, and, abiding and not abiding, without distinction, cutting off dependent attachments, and, completely destroying the collection of obscurations including habitual tendencies, therefore without obstruction to all knowable things, and, constantly abiding for as long as samsara exists, and, because of attaining perfect individual knowledge, therefore able to answer questions. Someone might think, why doesn't such a Tathagata constantly benefit sentient beings? To answer this doubt, it is said in the intermediate verse: After the cause has fully matured, to whom and to whom, in what place, when the action is beneficial, to them and to them it appears. It means that, after the previously generated roots of virtue, the cause aimed at the Buddha etc. has fully increased, for which sentient being, when and in what way, explaining which Dharma etc. can bring benefit, at that time, just like the appearance of the king of gods etc. on the ground of lapis lazuli, by the power of previous wishes etc., the Tathagata will appear at that time, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, giving all the necessary things at all times. Even if the conditions are complete, if one's own cause is not complete, it will not arise, illustrated by an example: Even if the king of gods sends down rain, it is useless, if the seed is bad, it will not sprout, even if the Buddhas have descended, those without fortune will not benefit. It is said like that. For example, the king of gods etc. gather clouds in the sky, and send down rain as thick as a yoke, but sesame etc. seeds become useless because they are rotten, therefore good fruits will not arise from them. Similarly, the Tathagata, who is the embodiment of great compassion, is very skilled in the benefit of all beings, even if they have appeared, but because they do not have the fortune, those who have not become vessels, cannot experience the noble status of hearing the Dharma etc. from it. If some fortunate people, in the field, for the respective determined supports, sometimes

In response to the question of how it pervades and is permanent through arising, the intermediate verses were spoken: Because of such vast deeds, it is certain that the Buddha is said to be pervasive. Because that itself is inexhaustible, its very nature is also said to be permanent. Thus. As previously explained, because the nature of oneself in every way is vast for the benefit of others, and even as it continuously exists in samsara, there is never an exhaustion of the nature of the meaning accomplished by oneself, therefore, one should manifestly proclaim the Buddha as pervasive and permanent in order. By the power of the nature of the Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya is spoken, teaching the Dharma in accordance with the most excellent beings to be tamed: The marks are thirty-two, and the qualities are the nature of eighty. For the sake of enjoying the Great Vehicle, therefore, the Victorious One is considered to be the Sambhogakaya. Thus. The nature of the complete Rupakaya, this is adorned with the thirty-two marks and eighty minor marks, in order to allow the great Bodhisattvas who have entered the ten bhumis to enjoy the joy and bliss of the Dharma of the Great Vehicle without any fault, therefore, it is the Sambhogakaya of the Buddha Bhagavan. What are those thirty-two marks? The intermediate verses were spoken: Hands and feet with wheel marks, and possessing turtle-like feet, fingers and toes connected by webs, hands and feet are soft and youthful, this body has seven elevated places, fingers are long, heels are broad, the body is large and straight, ankles are invisible, hairs grow upwards, legs are like those of a gazelle king, hands are long and beautiful, the secret place is hidden in a recess, skin is golden, skin is thin, hairs grow one by one from the right, the face is adorned with a white hair, the upper body is like a lion, the head of this arm is round and full, even what is not delicious appears as the supreme taste, the body is like a banyan tree, the water is wide and hidden, the crown is on the head, the tongue is long and beautiful, the Brahma voice, the cheeks are like a lion, and the teeth are very white and even, arranged tightly and beautifully, the number is forty complete.
