The four preparatory practices arise, and the path associated with realization is that believing in the true nature of phenomena is faith; being delighted in realizing it is diligence; not forgetting that aspect in the mind is mindfulness; the samadhi of being extremely one-pointed; and the power of wisdom that distinguishes the true suchness. By knowing that there is no apprehension of pervasive afflictions and others, one approaches seeing that suchness. The nature of warmth and the peak is the aspect of the five faculties. When warmth and so on are attained, endurance and so on arise. The path associated with realization is that those faiths and so on become more powerful. By knowing that there is no apprehension of substance and imputation, it becomes the object of profound practice, which is endurance. And the nature of becoming the supreme of dharma is the aspect of the five powers. By understanding the four types of application for definite discernment, one will see the true suchness. Therefore, on the path of realization, not forgetting the previous realization is mindfulness; and greatly distinguishing the dharma that has become manifest; being delighted in the higher dharma is diligence; being satisfied with the uncontaminated truth by focusing on dharma and sentient beings is joy; the ability of body and mind, being extremely tamed; the samadhi of abiding equally with one-pointedness; and equanimity, which is the correct abandonment because effort is absent due to having accomplished what is needed. Thus, abiding in order, and nature, definite arising, benefit, basis, and the place without afflictions, and because it is a branch of nature, it is the seven aspects of the limbs of enlightenment. Because the path of cultivation arises from seeing the truth, the path of definitely holding onto purity is that in the realization of the path of seeing, correct cutting is correct view; and knowing the nature of abandoning the eight wrong discriminations; and speaking truthfully and pleasantly with words associated with the excellent dharma; and not doing non-holy deeds with body, speech, and mind is the limit of action; and abandoning the five wrong livelihoods such as hypocrisy is livelihood; and being extremely diligent in the dharma that has become an antidote; and the antidote

Mindfulness that does not forget the object of focus, and samadhi that closely abides in focusing on the object. The limbs that thoroughly cut off in order, making others understand, having faith in views, having faith in possessing morality, the limbs of having faith in restraining resources. Abandoning afflictions, abandoning near afflictions, because it is the antidote limb for not having mastery over samadhi, therefore it is the eight aspects of the eightfold noble path. Therefore, the disciples consider that the basis of the path of omniscience itself has thirty-seven aspects. What are the aspects of knowing all paths? For the time being, for the antidote path, the antidote to viewing self and what belongs to self, is the nature of emptiness and selflessness that is different in essence from others, it is the aspect of the first gate of liberation. The reason for this is that the cessation of the antidote that focuses on characteristics, is the nature of the truth of the path, it is the aspect of the second gate of liberation. For the antidote of wishing to abandon and take the three realms or samsara and nirvana, are impermanence and suffering, and the arising of causes and conditions, and extreme birth, and the four aspects of conditions, the nature of suffering and arising, is the aspect of the third gate of liberation. For the path of emanation, internally, from one's own body, between hair and body hair, etc., dismantling the perception of form aggregate, from perception, one observes external forms. For large and small, etc., one contemplates and meditates on what is even larger and smaller, etc. Dismantling the perception of internal form aggregate, making it the perception of space, with the mind of manifesting meditative concentration, one meditates on external forms as before. For the antidote to not being able to freely transform emanation, are two liberations. For desiring and not desiring, striving and not striving to manifest the beauty and ugliness of emanation, it is the antidote to all afflictions, that is, the gate of liberation of ugliness, having made manifest in the body, having perfected and abiding, it is said. It is mutual dependence, following after, cultivating the perception of one taste.
