Thus it should be known. The truth of cessation is that the nature of cessation is selflessness, because ignorance and the like cease, and actions and the like cease; it is peacefulness because the great mass of suffering is nearly extinguished; it is exquisiteness because suffering and origin are separated from impurity; and it is the characteristic of definite departure, such as emptiness, which is the abandonment of self and what belongs to self; it has no characteristics of being compounded by causes and conditions; and because there is no desire to rejoice in the three realms, and because there is no manifest accumulation of future aggregates, it is also one in nature but with seven kinds of distinctions. The truth of the path is the path that leads to the city of Nirvana; it is reason because it is the antidote to irrational afflictions; it is accomplishment because infinite qualities of non-perversion arise; and it has four aspects of definite departure because it leads to a constant, beneficial, and sacred place. Thus, the aspects of the truths, through the gate of non-apprehension of self-nature, in the state of knowing the path, the path of the Hearers should be fully known by the Bodhisattvas. The complete knowledge of the four truths is preceded by being in accordance with the part of definite discrimination, therefore its characteristics are said to be four kinds. In the path of the noble Hearers, because form and so on are empty, because the emptinesses are without difference, because those heats are not perceived, they are considered to be the peaks. Therein, because abiding is prevented by the manner of permanence and so on, they are the patiences; because non-abiding is greatly shown, starting from the ten grounds, it is said to be the supreme Dharma. Why? Because the Buddhas, having known, do not see the Dharmas. Thus it is. Thus, all the phenomena such as form, the individuals who have obtained knowledge and practice of them, because all their self-nature is emptiness, the emptinesses have no difference from each other, which is the aspect of heat. As before, form and so on are not perceived by emptiness, which is the aspect of the peak. Likewise, form and so on, not being permanent and impermanent and so on, the prevention of abiding by the manner of the object of focus is the

This is the present state. For what reason? Because the measure of a person who sees all, having become enlightened by knowing all dharmas, and with the reason of "not seeing even a little that is unseen," starting from the ten grounds such as the Joyful, extensively explaining not abiding in all dharmas, this is the state of becoming the supreme dharma. It should be known that this arises in accordance with the decisive aspect. After that, in order to explain the path of the Pratyekabuddha, it is said to establish how these paths are superior to the previous paths. "For the sake of realizing the self-nature of self-arising, even if taught by others, it is not needed. The wisdom like a rhinoceros horn is manifested as profoundness itself." This means that enlightenment through self-arising is threefold, with the distinctions of sharp faculties, intermediate faculties, and slightly dull faculties. These are because having manifestly accumulated prior hearing and so forth, one does not rely on the instruction of others, but oneself will manifestly realize one's own bodhi. Moreover, because of the meaning of the word "also," teaching the Dharma to others is also profound because it does not rely on sound. Because expressing in sound is distraction itself, and if the listeners understand the skill of the speaker, it will not be easy to realize. In the scriptures it is said, "The Shravakas realize bodhi by relying on the instruction of others, and others also engage in virtue by teaching the Dharma with speech." One might wonder, how is it possible to teach the Dharma without sound? To answer this doubt, it is said: "Whatever the meaning, for whatever, however one wishes to hear, for that, the meaning is that, even without sound, it appears as such." This means that the meaning of teaching the Dharma is to thoroughly establish and increase the meaning to be expressed in the continuum of the listener. Therefore, merely by the power of aspiration and so forth, wanting to indicate, even without sound, for whatever and whatever being who wishes to hear whatever meaning in whatever way, and the corresponding reason, in their consciousness, those meanings themselves will also appear in that very way, therefore one will be teaching the Dharma. This is also without conceptualization.
