The absence of worms in the body is the twelfth. "Mind without deceit" means that the mind, body, and speech are not false, which is the thirteenth. "Practice is acceptance" refers to truly accepting the merits of practice, which are also twelve: holding a broom, three Dharma robes, a felt mat, begging for alms, one seat, not taking back, living in the wilderness, living under a tree, without covering, living in a cemetery, living as it is, Discarding used medicine is the fourteenth. "Without stinginess, etc." refers to the absence of stinginess, etc., which are contrary to the six perfections, which is the fifteenth. "Proceeding with the nature of Dharma" refers to not obstructing emptiness, that is, the emptiness of what is grasped and what grasps, so one can go higher and higher, which is the sixteenth. "Seeking hell for the sake of sentient beings" refers to going to hell for the benefit of sentient beings with great compassion, which is the seventeenth. So, what are these sixteen moments? It is explained: "The perception of form, etc., recedes, the mind is steadfast, the lesser vehicle is abandoned, separate from meditation, etc., the limbs are completely extinguished, body and mind are light and comfortable, skillful means in desire and conduct, constant pure conduct, extremely pure livelihood, aggregates, etc., are obstacles, assemblies and freedoms, etc., battles, stinginess, etc., union and subsequent union, abiding separately concealed, the Dharma does not perceive dust, certainty in one's own ground, abiding in the three grounds, sacrificing life for the sake of the Dharma, such sixteen moments are the signs of non-regression for the wise who abide on the path of seeing." It means, "The perception of form, etc., recedes," from form, etc., until enlightenment, the perception, that is, the objects to be grasped and the grasper, these receding is the patience of knowing the Dharma of suffering. "Steadfast mind" means not being shaken by demons, etc., or the Bodhi mind is steadfast, this is the wisdom of the Dharma of suffering. "Abandoning the lesser vehicle, separate retreat" means completely abandoning the Hearer and Solitary Realizer vehicles, this is the patience of the wisdom of the category of suffering. "Meditation, etc., limbs are all extinguished," means that the limbs of meditation and the formless, etc., are the signs of obtaining them, these are completely extinguished and degenerate, this is the wisdom of the category of suffering. "Body and mind are light and comfortable," when the body is light and comfortable, the body's behavior also becomes light; when the mind is light and comfortable, the attachment to the object becomes skillful and can be overcome, both of these are the patience of the wisdom of the Dharma of origin. "Skillful means in desire and conduct" refers to the householder Bodhisattva towards sentient beings.
