The object that is fully aroused is the conceptualization of ignorance. Conceptualization of aggregates, conceptualization of manifest attachment to name and form, conceptualization of attachment to two extremes, conceptualization of not knowing complete defilement and purification, conceptualization of not abiding on the noble path, conceptualization of the object of focus, conceptualization of self and so on, conceptualization of pure birth and so on, these are the nine conceptualizations that abide in the object of complete defilement. Similarly, conceptualization of the meaning of aggregates, conceptualization of sense bases, conceptualization of elements, conceptualization of dependent origination, conceptualization of the meaning of emptiness, conceptualization of perfections, conceptualization of the path of seeing, conceptualization of the path of meditation, conceptualization of the path of no more learning, these are also nine conceptualizations that rely on the object of the opponent's side. Self and so on are independent entities, similarly aggregates and so on are dependent gateways. With the support of substance and imputation, it is asserted that there are two aspects of grasping. It is said that there are two types of grasping conceptualizations: those that abide in the nature of substance and those that abide in the nature of imputation. The nature of substance will also be explained, and the distinctions of autonomy and so on are ninefold. Therefore, the conceptualizations that have it as their object are also ninefold each. What is established as the nature of imputation is also ninefold through the gateway of relying on aggregates and so on. Therefore, the conceptualizations that have it as their object are also ninefold. This is what is said, "Likewise," which means that just as the conceptualizations of what is grasped are ninefold each, so too are the conceptualizations of what grasps. That is, conceptualizing the self as autonomous, conceptualizing as solitary, conceptualizing as cause, conceptualizing the self as the seer and so on, conceptualizing as completely defiled, conceptualizing the self as the basis of detachment, conceptualizing the self as the basis of the path of seeing, conceptualizing as the basis of the path of meditation, conceptualizing as the basis of meaning made.
