That which is called "impermanent, etc." is the division of form, etc., into permanent and impermanent, etc. That which is called "incomplete and completely complete" refers to form, etc., by their very incompleteness and complete completeness. That which is called "without attachment to that" refers to the very non-attachment to form, etc. In this regard, there are four places to be spoken of and four places to be explained, thus there are eight in total. That which is called "conduct is by restraining union" means conduct is practice. Union is realization. Its restraint is abandoning these, and the very absence of conceptualization is the bodhisattva's supreme union. By its force, the very conceptualization of the Hearers, etc., is the supreme union, which should be known in their Vinaya. That which is called "unchanging" is not to falsely assume that form, etc., are changing. That which is called "without an agent" is not to think of form, etc., as an agent at any time. That which is called "three difficult unions" is for the sake of realizing the Buddha's teachings, engaging in the great armor-like difficult practice, the entering difficult practice, and the difficult practice of the function of showing the nature. That which is called "desiring its fruit" means that practicing the difficult practice of showing the nature of all phenomena is not without fruit. Therefore, one obtains the fruit according to one's capacity. That which is called "what does not depend on others" means that the bodhisattva's own realization of the nature of reality does not depend on others, which is explained by "not realizing from others." That which is called "seven knowers" refers to knowing all phenomena as like dreams, illusions, mirages, reflections, gandharva cities, echoes, and emanations, and the seven are the bodhisattvas. In this regard, there is the supreme union of form, etc., the supreme union of the impermanence of form, etc., the supreme union of the incompleteness and completeness of form, etc., the supreme union of non-attachment to form, etc., the supreme union of the unchanging nature of form, etc., the supreme union of the agentlessness of all phenomena, and the Buddha.

In order to obtain all the dharmas of all, the armor's difficult practice is diligently applied; in order to obtain all the Buddha's dharmas, the entering difficult practice is diligently applied; in order to show all the dharmas in all ways to all sentient beings, abiding in the meaning of the activity itself is the diligent application of the activity's difficult practice. Certainly turning the wheel of Dharma is the diligent application of having fruit. Knowing all the realms completely by oneself is the diligent application of not relying on others. The diligent application of the seven aspects as spoken is the twelve kinds of diligent application of the Bodhisattva's non-attachment. By means of equality, one should meditate on diligence, therefore equality is taught. There is no arrogance towards form, etc., this is the equality of the four. That is to say, diligence in twelve ways such as form, etc., is related to equality by its diligence. Not discriminating form, etc., and not discriminating even slightly by form, etc., not distinguishing form, etc., as different from different, and not discriminating form, etc., as known by me, that is to say, equality is by the diligence of the four without arrogance. After speaking of diligence and equality, in order to know the path of seeing, it is said in the path of seeing itself: Suffering, etc., truths, Dharma knowledge, subsequent Dharma knowledge, forbearance knowledge, this self-nature of an instant, the path of seeing in the way of knowing all. That is to say, each truth has Dharma knowledge forbearance, Dharma knowledge and subsequent Dharma knowledge forbearance, and subsequent Dharma knowledge. Thus, the self-nature of the sixteen instants is the path of seeing in terms of knowing all. In order to show the sixteen instants in order, it is said: Form is not permanent, not impermanent, beyond extremes and pure, unarisen, unceasing, etc., like space, abandoning attachment, liberated from complete grasping, the nature is inexpressible, because by what words can this meaning be expressed,
