A Commentary on the Ornament of Clear Realization, Known as the Famous Part A Commentary on the Ornament of Clear Realization, Known as the Famous Part Summary In Sanskrit: Abhisamayalankara-vritti-kirtikala-nama. In Tibetan: A Commentary on the Ornament of Clear Realization, Known as the Famous Part. Homage to the noble youthful Manjushri! Composed by the noble Maitreya, all the meanings of the Mother of the Buddhas are collected in verses. Having heard and thoroughly contemplated, even if repeatedly explained to others, it is composed with the fear of generating meanings. Therein, the Bhagavan noble Maitreya, intending to compose a verse sequence of the eight clear realizations, which gathers all the meanings of all the Prajnaparamita, as a cause for accomplishing all clear realizations, the mother of the three realms, the mother of the victorious ones, the Bhagavan herself, first briefly offered homage and spoke. Such as "Sarvakarajnata." "What" refers to the Bhagavan, the mother of the Buddhas, the nature of the eight clear realizations to be explained, which is the very essence of the Prajnaparamita that is extremely clear. What is Sarvakarajnata is the nature of completely knowing the nine objects of meaning to be explained, such as not abiding in existence with wisdom, and by the meaning of liberating those who seek peace, the Shravaka Buddhas and Pratyekabuddhas are also close to peace, so they can attain the two kinds of peace. What is Margajnata is the nature of having Sarvakarajnata as a guide, capable of making things obscure, etc., the nature of the eleven objects to be explained, is the nature of completely knowing, the activity of the Bodhisattvas, which is accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings. The Prajnaparamita, which obtains Sarvakarajnata and Margajnata as guides, is the nature of being well distinguished by Sarvajna, and should be understood by the door of showing the characteristics of explaining all these various aspects. What is the generation of Bodhicitta, etc., are the ten objects to be explained, which become the nature of completely knowing, and

“Endowed” means completely knowing all the various aspects of what is actually done, and all aspects are all dharmas. These are these, the capable one is the Buddha Bhagavan. “Said” means the saying itself. “That” refers to being endowed with the retinue of Shravakas and Bodhisattva disciples. The Mother of the Buddhas refers to the Prajnaparamita itself as the mother who gives rise to it by the very cause of abandoning all faults and virtues and obtaining them, and is related to paying homage and praise. “Thus” means that enlightenment is achieved by making the fruit manifest, so enlightenment is the seven that have become the cause. Enlightenment is achieved by what is to be enlightened, so enlightenment is the only one that has become the fruit. Therefore, Prajnaparamita is the nature of eight enlightenments. Here, why shouldn't the three, such as “all-knowing,” be said to be paying homage because of the detailed distinctions? Because these themselves are distinguished by the detailed distinctions of things, and all others are expanded from these. Therefore, the aggregation of these three themselves is the fourth enlightenment. Completely manifested is the fifth. Enlightenment in sequence is the sixth. The realization that becomes the characteristic of the state by the distinction of states is the seventh. The nature of the three bodies of the Tathagata, associated with the activity of doing things for the benefit of others, is the eighth. Therefore, in order to be able to understand well that these three themselves are distinguished by the detailed distinctions of things, it is not a fault to say that paying homage is done by the detailed distinctions of these three themselves. Others think that, just as one does not speculate with wisdom about objects that have not been seen, not heard, and not fully understood before, so too, the nature of not speculating about objects that have been seen, heard, and fully understood before, is that all dharmas are called non-abiding. Or, without action, or, the differentiated nature of the state of being completely beyond all conceptualizations is called inconceivable yoga. Or, in the ultimate truth, all dharmas are without self-nature, and in the conventional truth, the continuum of the five aggregates is established. Or, all dharmas are unborn.
