If these ten are completely abandoned, the fifth bhumi will be truly attained. "Familiarity" means being proficient in obtaining, etc., and is completely consistent with being wealthy, etc. Attachment to home means not being close to the homes of those with faith. "Becoming a place of noise" refers to towns, etc., that are filled with people. Praising oneself and disparaging others means praising oneself and slandering others. The ten paths of unwholesome actions refer to the ten paths of unwholesome actions. Arrogance refers to arrogance regarding listening, etc. Pride refers to not submitting to others. Inversion refers to clinging to unwholesome things, etc., as inversions of virtuous things. Hesitation refers to having doubts about the truth, the Three Jewels, karma, and its results. Tolerating afflictions refers to relying more on desire, hatred, and ignorance, etc. Completely abandoning means that in all places, the edge of duality must be added. A Bodhisattva who abides on the path of completely abandoning these ten will attain the fifth bhumi, which is difficult to cultivate. Generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom are completely perfected. For disciples and Pratyekabuddhas, abandoning the mind of joy and fear, even if begged, one is not discouraged, even if all possessions are given away, one does not feel displeasure, even if poor, one does not abandon beggars, therefore, the sixth bhumi is truly attained. That is to say, the complete perfection of the six paramitas, such as generosity, means not abandoning these six dharmas, similarly, feeling joy for the Shravakas, feeling joy for the Pratyekabuddhas, abandoning the mind of fearing to be accustomed to gatherings for a long time, this refers to the above three. Whoever's mind is not discouraged, even if all possessions are given away, one does not feel displeasure, even if poor, one does not abandon beggars, by these twelve dharmas, the manifested sixth bhumi will be attained. Clinging to self and sentient beings, life and the individual, annihilation and permanence, characteristics and causes, aggregates and realms, sources and, attachment residing in the three realms, the mind is always discouraged, for the Three Jewels and discipline, clinging to views in this way.

And, arguing about emptiness, and the faults contrary to it are: whoever completely cuts off twenty things, he will obtain the seventh ground. Among them, grasping refers to manifest clinging, that is, first putting the word "I" in front, and then connecting the eleven words from birth to birth separately. Grasping at self, grasping at sentient beings, grasping at life, grasping at person, grasping at annihilation, grasping at permanence, grasping at characteristics, grasping at cause, grasping at aggregates, grasping at elements, grasping at birth places, these are eleven in total. Having attachment and dwelling in the three realms, and the mind is completely depressed, this means dwelling in the three realms is due to the body. Attachment to the three realms is due to the mind. Sentient beings are completely depressed, this means both are. Regarding the Three Jewels and discipline, clinging to such views, this means not relying on seeing as Buddha with the reality of the grasped and the grasper, not relying on seeing as Dharma, not relying on seeing as Sangha, not relying on seeing as discipline, these are the four situations. Arguing about emptiness, this means arguing about the emptiness of all dharmas, meaning hesitation. Contrary to this, this means contrary to emptiness. Like that, being free from all twenty faults, whoever completely possesses the twenty qualities that will be explained, he will obtain the distant seventh ground. In order to show who can perfect the twenty qualities, it is said: knowing the three doors of liberation, the three wheels are completely pure, compassion and no arrogance, understanding the equality of Dharma and one principle, understanding non-arising and extinction, showing all principles in one way, completely destroying conceptual thoughts, abandoning perception, views and afflictions, definitely thinking calmly, and being skilled in vipassanā, the mind is tamed and for everything, having unobstructed wisdom, and the place of attachment is not, wherever one wants to go, one can simultaneously go to other Buddha-fields, and universally showing my own nature, this is twenty. This means twenty qualities. The three doors of liberation refer to emptiness.
