Because one does not rely on conditioned phenomena, one does not turn away from the Three Jewels, and constantly abandons evil deeds. In order to fully mature oneself, one relies on the path of virtuous actions. In order to fully mature beings, one gives the supreme Dharma without worldly distractions. In order to abandon obscurations, one rejoices in the profound Dharma. One performs the actions of loving-kindness. With regard to all conduct, one is mindful and possesses speech. Without the distraction of grasping, one always possesses inner and outer purity. In order to inspire faith in other non-Buddhists, one universally practices inner purity. Through the power of merit, one is not attached to the Dharma, etc. Therefore, one wears simple clothes. One's bodily actions, etc., are without fault. Therefore, the three doors are solitary and pure. In order to truly receive the purified qualities, one does not look to gain, etc. If there is no distraction of grasping, one will not be disturbed by the opposing factors of the perfections. Therefore, one is a supreme group. One always desires the Dharma. In order not to be turned away from enlightenment by demons, etc., one is not afraid of the power of others. These qualities should be applied appropriately in the states of warmth, etc. Because the sixteen aspects are the states of the path of seeing, the "Four Dhyanas" etc. are taught. In order to remember the four dhyanas, one is not distracted. One does not invert the aspects of suffering. Because one does not abide in meditation, one does not taste (suffering). In order to realize that all phenomena are emptiness, one does not desire fame. In order to understand that the nature of all afflictions is selflessness, one is without anger. Skillful in means, even without samsara, one shows universal dwelling in a house in order to be in harmony with the compassion for the world. Therefore, one is not attached to things. One does not acquire gain by base means for the sake of survival. Therefore, one's livelihood is pure. One does not practice violence with an afflicted mind. One does not engage in sexual misconduct with women, etc. Therefore, one's bodily actions are pure. One has abandoned saying "it will become a boy" or "it will become a girl," etc. Therefore, pure actions are without affliction.

Because it is not an existent, and because of realizing that all things are naturally extinguished, one diligently strives for the wisdom of solitude; because of understanding the nature of peace, one is free from strife and the like; because one has the intention to ripen the excellent Dharma in the continuum of others, one teaches loving-kindness; because of the realization that only this is definitely the path to liberation, one does not desire other Bodhi, so one desires omniscience and is devoted to its teachings; because one has abandoned border areas and the like, one is a master of rebirth; because one has realized the Dharma that possesses reason, one is certain that one is irreversible, so one has no doubt about oneself; because one's realization is like Mount Sumeru, one is immovable; if one realizes that only this is definitely the path to liberation, therefore one is even willing to give up one's life, so one delights in the sacred Dharma. These are in accordance with the patience and wisdom of each truth, and should be viewed from the perspective of impermanence and other aspects in a reasonable manner. Those who abide in the path of meditation, because they are accustomed to how to see the profound Dharma, they speak of form and so on. Absence of characteristics is because by nature there are no characteristics that can become form and so on. Peace is because it is the nature of emptiness and absence of aspiration, therefore it is considered profound. For example, with arrows and so on, just like the bottom of the ocean, in the manner described, not finding the bottom of the aggregates of wisdom and so on, know that these are irreversible. In order to show that asking about this merit comes first, it is said which Bodhisattva and so on. Profound is because it is difficult to measure. Vehicle is because it is the path to Bodhi. Ultimate is because it is the object of supreme wisdom. Unattached is because it is pure by nature. Moreover, because it shows the absence of self in Dharma, it is said to what, to what refers to what Dharma is connected to. Showing the measure of merit.
