Other forms of things like blue becoming existent do not exist, because these two are mutually contradictory and are the characteristics of distinguishing other forms. Therefore, if one does not possess the characteristics of the form aggregate, then feelings and so on that rely on it should also be known to be devoid of characteristics, because the mind and mental factors that appear as blue and so on, as mentioned before, are also devoid of the form of one and many. Therefore, after eliminating the place of self-nature such as form, it is summarized into the truth of cessation, and similarly, in order to eliminate the place of self-nature such as the Tathagatagarbha, "that" and so on are spoken. The so-called "that" refers to the Bodhisattva. The so-called "not abiding in all dharmas" means that there is no attachment to all dharmas of self-nature such as the Tathagatagarbha, and in reality, they are also the form of emptiness with the nature of unspeakable and so on. Then, how does the Bodhisattva practice the Prajnaparamita, which is truly summarized by the truth of the path? It is said, "acting without abiding," which means that for the form of all dharmas such as person and form, one cultivates it without attachment. Because the Bodhisattva thinks in the form of emptiness, therefore, for omniscience, there is also no sign of thinking in terms of dharma and possessor of dharma, and it is not completely grasped and possessed. Precisely because of this, being free from the afflictions of signs, the Buddha's enlightenment, which is uncommon to the Shravakas and so on, can be obtained. The benefit here is that even in the mundane, one should know to eliminate the attachment to the existence of things. Words like that and so on, until completion, all that is shown to exist slightly should be known to be such an intention, which is the small part of the peak. The middle one is how to wander everywhere and so on. The so-called "arising" means that it will arise. Knowledge object refers to the knowledge of worldly discrimination, the nature of clinging to the differences of outside and inside, etc., is more attached, that is.

It is as if it does not exist. The complete destruction of the aggregates means not clinging to the aggregates in any way. It should be understood in this way. Therefore, just as wandering ascetics and others enter the path beyond the world through preliminary conceptualization with mundane, partial knowledge, if they cling to anything, they will not gain faith, because there is no difference between the path beyond the world and the mundane path in terms of clinging to things. Therefore, only the nature of not clinging to anything at all is the way beyond the world, and anything else with fabricated aspects cannot be the antidote to all defilement habits, and is therefore mundane. If one only observes the aggregates as distinct from a person, without clinging to sentient beings, wouldn't one be able to abandon all the collections of afflictions? How is it that merely seeing the absence of a person is not itself transcendent of the world? It is not, because if one does not abandon attachment to the aggregates, the view of sentient beings will not be reversed. This is because attachment to the aggregates is the origin of attachment to sentient beings. Attachment to sentient beings arising together is not observed to arise from anything other than focusing on the aggregates. Clinging to permanence, etc., also depends on clinging to the aggregates, because it is only when the aggregates are considered to be truly existent that one clings to permanence, etc., and it is impossible to abandon them by believing in impermanence. If this were not the case, then contemplating unattractiveness, etc., would also become an antidote to afflictions, which would be absurd. Therefore, not focusing on the aggregates is the object of suchness that is justified by valid cognition, and therefore, contemplating suchness is the antidote to all negative habits, but focusing on them is not. As it is said: As long as there is clinging to the aggregates, from that, there is also the term "I." Second Chapter. Some say that merely realizing the selflessness of persons is said to abandon afflictions, and that is what they say.
