The term "without" is because it is the cause of accomplishing the perfection of others' benefit. This is the realm of emptiness, but with uncommon means, it does not enter into peace in the bardo. It mentions "birds" and so on. It is said that, for example, although a bird dwells in the sky, it does not fall, and although a fish dwells in the water, it does not become agitated and die, because the two completely act in that place. Likewise, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, with wisdom and compassion, see all phenomena as selfless, so they do not become weary, and they do not manifest peace in the bardo, which hinders the arising of minds that accord with the meaning of self and others. For what reason is it so? Because the dwelling of wisdom is of great meaning. It mentions "of all sentient beings" and so on. The qualities of all sentient beings are the qualities of worldly and transworldly meditations and so on. The term "supreme of those" means the very nature of supreme. The one who desires to go is the one who desires to obtain the complete perfection of abandonment and realization without remainder. The term "supreme knowledge" is a synonym for desiring to manifest. What is that? It is the Buddha's wisdom, such as the wisdom like a mirror, etc., because of the uncommon nature of complete characteristics, it is supremely wonderful. Thus, the dwelling of wisdom shows that the nature of abandonment and realization is the cause of the perfection of one's own benefit, and it is shown to be the basis for accomplishing the benefit of others. It speaks of "the giving of Dharma" and so on. The giving of Dharma is the good teaching of the Dharma of the pāramitās, which is connected with the desire of what is to be given. Good, because at the time of hearing, it generates the maturity of the element of all the pāramitās. Supreme, because at the time of thinking, it is the means of following the meaning of the sūtras without inversion. Excellent, because at the time of meditation, it is the cause of accomplishing the meaning of worldly and transworldly. The term "of the benefactors" is related to the Sugatas and their retinue.

The support for the accomplishment of a Bodhisattva is the wisdom spoken of earlier, so he thinks. The term "abode" means abiding. "Here" means what was just said. "Rely on" means to draw out the meaning of "rely on" from within. To explain that, it is said, "This teaching," and so on. "This" refers to this teaching of the Perfection of Wisdom. The so-called "completely proclaimed teachings" refers to the teachings of generosity, the Perfection of Wisdom, and so on. The so-called "all the many teachings" means among all the teachings. This is the antidote to the habits of stinginess and so on, so it is supreme, and it is also the cause of accomplishing all unsurpassed qualities, so it is also unsurpassed. Because it is so, it is said, "Whichever wise person," and so on. The so-called "all teachings" refers to all teachings. The so-called "wishing to go to the other shore" means wishing to directly realize the other shore of the non-conceptual nature of generosity and so on, the purity of the three spheres. "Buddha's teaching" means that because this is the uncommon path of the Buddhas, it is an exhortation to study only this. Completely bestowing wisdom on those who are capable is because they will not miss the order of hearing and so on, so bestowing the supreme Dharma of the other shore is because it is in accordance with Bodhi. To explain that, it is said, "This is a Dharma treasure," and so on. "This" refers to the nature of the Perfection of Wisdom. The supreme treasure is because it is the support of the qualities of the precious jewel that is in accordance with the path of Bodhi, which is uncommon to the Hearers and so on. Dharma refers to powers and so on. Treasure refers to the place. Therefore, it is the lineage of the Buddha, that is, the cause. The Blessed Ones are the distinctions of the Dharma of powers and so on, and those are also the characteristics of completely pure wisdom, so he thinks. The so-called "treasure of the happiness and joy of beings" means that wisdom, that is, this realm of Dharma, is the discipline of the increasing happiness of beings.
