Furthermore, by means of the Noble Eightfold Path, since it relies on the unmixed path, it is not through the stages of students such as the son of artistic knowledge flying long distances that one attains enlightenment, but one must rely on the good path of one's own tradition to accomplish activities. These are, in brief, the narration of the activities of the dharmas of the path to enlightenment, and in detail, each activity is appropriately combined with each other. In detail, it should be understood from the Sutra of the Great Play of the Noble One. The immeasurable ones, due to engaging in compassion for beings, completely perfect the accumulation of merit. They also abandon unfavorable factors. They are not at all weary of completely maturing beings. From the liberations, the first two make the activity of emanation manifest and accomplished, and the third emanates as ugliness, without becoming completely afflicted, and the remaining four do not cling to the peaceful liberations. The last one, by the power of faith, abides in the supreme abode of the noble ones, abiding in extreme peace. In the gradual abidings of meditative absorption, the first four, because they do not cling to the pleasures of the desire realm, subdue the gods by relying on the shade of the Jambudvipa tree, and even though they attend to the retinue of consorts, they also show that they are not defiled by the pleasures of desire, and even though they partake of Salumi porridge and medicinal ghee and other great virtues, they do not become attached to the food of the realm. The remaining four subdue the sons of the gods born in the formless realm in the same way, with the same share, and then, those sons of the gods of the formless realm hold various flowers in their hands, etc., as shown in those extremely extensive sutras. The last one shows the distinction from the cessation of meditative absorption of the noble hearers, because they do not have the power to abide for even seven days, while the Blessed One, if he wishes, can abide in it even until the end of the kalpa. The spheres of exhaustion, in order to increase exhaustion, completely accomplish the object of liberation. The spheres of overpowering, in order to overpower the various different cognitions of the object, make the three aspects completely master the object. Afflictions

And, the object, the Sangha, the ability, after truly realizing the determination, shows the definitely good path as it is. It also subdues all demons. All requests are also prophesied. The fearless ones establish me as the true teacher in the retinue, and also subdue other heretical opponents. The unprotected ones constantly teach the assembly of disciples. It also truly follows the saying. Those who dwell near in mindfulness completely gather all the aggregates of defilement. The nature of not forgetting does not abandon the deeds of the Buddha. As it is said: The abode of the great sea monster in the ocean, the waves may sometimes pass over, but for the sons to be tamed, the Buddha has no time to pass over. It is taught in this way. Habit completely destroyed, because there is no defilement, it shows actions like defilement. Great compassion is self-fulfilling, so it always looks at the world with the light of wisdom, and never fails to look at it for a moment. Others say that this is the nature of not forgetting, and that constantly looking at it three times a day and three times a night is great compassion. If it is said in this way, it is in accordance with the meaning of the sutra, and it can also well lead the verses of the Ornament of the Sutras. It is said like this. The Buddha's unmixed dharmas, the actions of body, speech, and mind are all completely pure, and obtaining, passing away, and abiding also surpass all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. The all-knowing one cuts off the doubts of all sentient beings, and can also abide in the Dharma for a long time. Therefore, immature sentient beings can be matured, and mature ones can be liberated. The previously mentioned such as the path of knowledge are also the same. That is to say, the merits of the path of seeing of the Shravakas before, and the merits of the Pratyekabuddhas teaching the Dharma without sound, etc., the Buddha also possesses. Before, the monks heard me a thousand times
