transform, because they do not cause harm and also contribute to the Buddha's Bodhi. Therefore, some elder teachers say: What is the conventional truth? It is that which is grasped and apprehended by those who have not yet attained the Joyful Ground. What is the ultimate truth? It is the two kinds of wisdom of the Bodhisattvas abiding in the Joyful Ground and so on, together with their objects. The so-called "abandoning all signs of delusion," delusion is addition and defamation. Its sign is clinging to truth, not understanding the inexpressible, becoming the cause of delusion. All means all kinds. The so-called "abandoning" refers to the gross ones. Abandoning all the subtle ones is the pure land of the Buddha. Now, in order to explain by way of example, it is said, "The non-discriminating wisdom that appears as the nature of illusion," and so on. Whatever appears very clearly due to the power of the accumulation of causes and conditions, but in which there are no permanent, elephant, boat, house, etc., which arise from the ripening of things, these are illusions. The wisdom of such a nature that appears is the object of the wisdom of the Bodhisattva, like the conventional truth, like a picture drawn in sequence, these appear like lotus petals, unmixed. When he sees it in this way, he does not cling to "existence" or "non-existence" etc., but arises the profoundly deep Dharma-nature of dependent origination, which is free from the extremes of addition and defamation, and this is non-discriminating wisdom. And this, in the ultimate sense, is selflessness. Because suchness cannot be expressed, it cannot be known individually. Because it is neither non-existent nor can it be spoken to others, it is difficult to establish terms, therefore it is said, "How can it truly arise?" Therefore, just as a person closes his eyes and cannot see things, not seeing anything is not the path of seeing, but even seeing all kinds of things, without addition and defamation, is the path of seeing. This is the first Bodhicitta.

The ground is born in perfect harmony with the path of non-interruption and the Buddha-ground. Therefore, this single path of seeing is praised as the cause of great Bodhi. Then, after that, the continuity of the path of seeing and the path of meditation, sometimes when meditating on the essential meaning, the mind arises in complete harmony with the ultimate truth, so that these various things, even as tiny as dust particles, do not appear, and non-existence and so on are not conceived at that time. Like the teacher who is urged by the Bodhisattva of the eighth ground. Sometimes, the conceptualization of remembering that wisdom is not included in the conceptualization of nature, but it has a strong conceptualization of its own nature, and there are many opportunities for the conceptualization of antidotes, etc., which is a rotational way. Then, in the eighth ground, there is no appearance. Then, the other two have appearances. Then, starting from the path of non-interruption, the homogeneous result of the first mind, the nature described from the seventh stage, arises and abides in it. In this way, the sutra says, 'Not seeing is seeing the ultimate truth.' How should this be understood? This is based on the first Bodhicitta and the path of non-interruption, etc. Not seeing anything that is connected with exaggeration and slander is seeing the ultimate truth, and this is taken as a negation. Just as saying 'not seeing a Brahmin' does not prevent seeing a king, etc. However, this is seeing the self-nature of that ultimate truth. In terms of the immovable ground, etc., it is only a negation of non-existence. As the words say, that seeing is as if there is nothing that can be grasped by the tip of a hair. The yogi completely abandons the obscuration of knowledge with these two wisdoms. Not doing even a little to them is because there is no connection. Since knowledge and the knowable are self-established in the ultimate truth, what effect does the moving and destroying of Mount Mandara have on the mountain breaker? We want to include everything in the realm of Dharma in the ultimate truth, that is, when realizing, one movement causes everything to move, and so on.
