It is easy to understand as the Ga-pa is shown separately. As for "what are the causes," the first cause is to connect beings with the path of seeing, etc., in order to attain enlightenment. The second is to explain the Prajnaparamita in order to increase the path of seeing that has arisen through the path of meditation. The third is the cause of definitely becoming enlightened and then enabling a great many beings to become enlightened, which is to meditate on the meaning of the Victorious Mother. The uninterrupted cause is the actual cause of the Buddha himself, that is, by remembering this, not only will I attain enlightenment alone, but all sentient beings, even more than myself, will also attain enlightenment. Connect it in this way. The reason for showing the path of seeing as the cause of great enlightenment is that it is the main part of the cause. The path of meditation is also determined by it, and the heat, etc., have also become only for that purpose. Causes and effects do not exist in the ultimate sense, because they have not been proven by valid cognition, etc. Connect it in this way. The word "etc." should include the Agamas that have a definite meaning. Others think that "valid cognition" means the reasoning that establishes the validity, and the word "etc." includes the other three reasonings and the Agamas. The phrase "Dharmakaya, etc." includes all four Kayas, because they are completely free from the defilements of delusion, so they are the nature of Suchness. The word "is" indicates the meaning of "because of what" or "just so." Because it is so, it is said that the nature of the Dharmadhatu is like the sky, without arising or ceasing, or that it is shown only by the power of this reasoning of Dharmata. Because the Dharmadhatu has no exhaustion and no arising, your view is not valid. The phrase "the nature of one and many," etc., when it is said that the reasoning that establishes the validity is so, it means that this reasoning will harm you. Some people think that the so-called "cause and effect" is established by the valid cognition of dependent origination, and the word "etc." then…

Like a vajra particle, they believe that in order to refute arising from the four extremes, a pure summary is made. The term 'which' refers to the extinguished Shravakas and the proponents of Mind-Only, because they are not the nature of the Dharmadhatu, so knowledge such as 'extinction is extinction' will necessarily arise. The Yogis say, 'Water element, gold, and space, are considered pure as purity.' Because they acknowledge that the basis of purity is fully established, it is the ultimate reality. We Madhyamikas have not even seen anything that can be pointed out as ultimately real with the tip of a hair, so we say that complete extinction and non-arising are suitable for us. The term 'in order' means that what is born is of the nature of cessation due to extinction, and what is unborn is prevented by becoming an obstacle to re-arising. Thus, abandoning those cessations that harm the nature of what is born and unborn, those discriminations no longer flow, which is the ultimate truth established by us Madhyamikas, the nature of suchness. But because you have not abandoned those discriminations, you do not have the view of realizing the ultimate truth, and because there is no such cause, the path you see clings to the conventional truth as having the reality of the ultimate truth, with that power, what is extinguished and what arises? Combine it like this. Due to that power, what others consider butter is precisely another's wife; what you consider ultimate truth is what we consider conventional truth. This is how it is explained. Among them, because of the emptiness of arising and ceasing, and so on, these are used to remember the reasons for cultivating the meaning of the essence, which is already clear in the Madhyamika treatises, so I will not think about it here. Mentioning jewels and silver is an example to show that the object of that wisdom is pure and pleasing. Mentioning 'etc.' and giving many examples, just as a person with pure eyes can see many pure objects such as jewels at the same time, and taking them brings benefits, so a Bodhisattva who has arisen on the path of seeing, in his object, all conventional things are as clear as fruit in the palm of his hand.
