Placing them on the ground is an example of the greatest merit. Sixth, it is an example of taking care of the sentient beings of the four continents in this way. Seventh, it is an example of stating the sentient beings of a thousand chiliocosms in this way. Eighth, it is combining the sentient beings of the two thousand intermediate worlds and the three thousand great thousand worlds, and the sentient beings of the ten directions, with the previous examples. Ninth, starting from Jambudvipa, until each of the ten directions, the sentient beings of the world realms as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, placing all of these without exception on the ground of non-retrogression, therefore, in order to quickly manifest complete enlightenment for those who do not regress, teaching this Mother of the Buddhas shows that her merit is especially great. The so-called dedication and attention is to direct these virtues with the intention of "may it become like this," combining them with twelve objects; and also combining these twelve collections with twelve dedications, dedicating them with the intention of "may I become the king of Dharma." The remaining parts are easy to understand. The explanation of the second chapter is complete. Explanation of the Third Chapter Having thus explained the second chapter, now, in order to elucidate the third chapter, it is stated, "Without completely knowing all that is to be known, one cannot well and completely know the path, therefore, it is said to be the knowledge of all aspects," and so on. Here, completely knowing all that is to be known is the opposing side, and without that, one cannot well and completely know the path, because the antidote depends on the opposing side for its establishment. If one does not understand the opposing side, how can one know what this is an antidote to? This is the intention. Therefore, the teacher Palasangye Yeshe also said, "From here on, all are the nature of the knowledge of all aspects, because one needs to know other Bodhis and then abandon them." In this way, this fifth one is also shown as a reason. The so-called "system" is from the view of the noble Nagarjuna, because that is the system that everyone wants. The phrase "whatever arises dependently" refers to the conventional truths.
