It is like revealing that Bodhisattvas who practice for hundreds of millions of kalpas will regress. The great of the small means that if someone wants to attain Nirvana, they should learn this, whether the Buddha, the Blessed One, is alive or has passed away, because he exists by teaching this way, so this is faith in this power. The small of the medium refers to taking the example of a stupa made of seven precious jewels as a reference. The medium of the medium refers to filling the entire Jambudvipa with such examples. The great of the medium refers to filling the world of the four continents with such examples. The small of the great refers to using it as an example of a thousand million worlds. The medium of the great refers to using the two thousand intermediate worlds as an example. The great of the great refers to using the three thousand great thousand worlds as an example. For the benefit of oneself and others, taking the intention of the small of the small as an example, it is shown that in the three thousand great thousand worlds, however many sentient beings there are, each sentient being builds a stupa made of seven precious jewels to offer. The small of the medium refers to many visible qualities of the Dharma, such as avoiding harm from Asuras, etc. The great of the small means that any entry that is not grasped by the Prajnaparamita is not a Paramita. The small of the medium refers to holding and upholding this Mother of the Buddhas, etc., showing the generation of immeasurable aggregates of discipline, etc., which are not common to the Lesser Vehicle. The medium of the medium refers to the sons of the gods, etc., approaching and establishing faith in those who teach the Dharma endowed with Prajnaparamita. The great of the medium refers to the solitary and pleasant things done by parents and noble beings, etc. The small of the great refers to everything that is said from not being robbed of faith to not being robbed of the mind of omniscience. The medium of the great refers to all the sons of the gods who dwell in the realms of the ten directions coming to this place and reading this scripture as a book, and

Because of wanting to become good and fully enlightened, so for those, may this Dharma donation exist, one should generate such a mind. This is because of what was said, etc. The great of the great is because all the assemblies of gods came there, so it shows great devotion and change, and obtaining a body capable of being used, etc., thereby preventing obvious attachments. For devotion to the benefit of others, it is also done from a small perspective, such as taking up scriptures and merely making offerings, which shows power. The middle of the small is shown by the example of Jambudvipa being filled with the relics of the Tathagata. The great of the small is to show that there is no fear in the lands of the Hearers, etc., until one attains unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. If so, what does it mean that these eight grounds show fear? It is only the end of stating the limits of the three kinds of devotion. The small of the middle is shown by the example of the three thousand great thousand world realms being filled with the relics of the Tathagata. The middle of the middle is that the Buddhas in the ten directions of the world realms preach the Dharma, such as the Sutras, and also those who preach the Dharma, such as the Hearers, etc., it is shown that these arise from this Buddha-mother, this Buddha-mother. The great of the middle is because relying on this Buddha-mother, the example of the king's son is taken as a reference. The small of the great is shown by the example of the relics of the Tathagata filling the ten directions of the world realms as many as the sands of the Ganges River. The middle of the great is because it is shown that this is the cause of the realization of the noble ones of the ten directions. The great of the great is explained by the example of the leaves, shapes, and colors of trees being different, but the shade having no difference. These twenty-seven kinds of devotion, the order starting from the small, the inconsistent aspect, should be known to be counted from the opposite, starting from the great. Is devotion, etc., spoken here only for oneself? Or is devotion expressed only to one's own Buddha-mother? Do not consider these two situations, but for oneself, etc., express devotion only to the Buddha-mother.
