Having heard the Prajñāpāramitā, one strives diligently, knowing the suffering of samsara without being weary, attaining the fruit by realizing the profound Dharma, even when teaching the Śrāvakayāna and Pratyekabuddhayāna to sentient beings, one does not abandon their liberation, contemplating the nature of conditioned phenomena, not abiding in the unconditioned, understanding that one does not abide in the conditioned and unconditioned, abiding in the union of self-nature, yet dispelling it, even having realized the omniscient wisdom, one does not cut off the lineage of practicing the Bodhisattva conduct. Alas! These ten sons of the Victorious Ones are the blessings of the Tathāgata. Thus it is said. Furthermore, in this very Mother Sutra, it is said: By the blessings of the Tathāgata, even when young, one can clearly write letters on a large scripture with a knife, and so on. If it is the blessing of the Buddha, then why is it that everything that has been taken away by the power of compassion is not obtained by the Bhikṣu Vimukti Division and others? Blessings follow after one's own efforts, like the moon in water. Therefore, in the "Subjugation by the Power of the Noble One: An Inquiry," the meaning of the old "King-Creating Sutra" is explained, using metaphors such as horses and wisdom. Moreover, in this Sutra, it is also said: Having revered the Buddhas, one generates roots of virtue from them, being protected by virtuous friends, therefore one is a vessel for hearing this Sutra. Now, obtaining this Mother Sutra is the power of the Buddha, so it is appropriate to make offerings of gratitude, therefore it is said: The wise should make distinctions. Thus it is said. Having diligently practiced according to the teachings, in response to the challenges, one makes offerings of gratitude to those who benefit. Thus it is shown. Therefore, offering gratitude is also to follow the teachings, and the excellence of following the teachings lies in diligently engaging with the Mother of the Victorious Ones. In the "Noble Perfection of Wisdom, the Supreme First Sutra," it is said: Asking about, reading, hearing, reciting, writing, holding, remembering, and meditating on this Prajñāpāramitā is the most extensive offering ritual to all the Tathāgatas. Therefore, one is a wise person, teaching anyone through definite realization.

In order to repay kindness, as a return for offering, it is reasonable to distinguish the meaning of this Mother Sutra in wisdom and treatises. Therefore, to show that the teachers themselves are also expounding the treatises. At all times, although not within my realm of experience, I, for the sake of myself and others, wishing to benefit, and to accomplish virtuous resources, generate this mind. Thus it is said. 'At all times, although not within my realm of experience' means that those who compose commentaries out of jealousy and other forces may be subject to criticism, so this is prevented. As the teacher Dharmakirti said in the Pramāṇavārttika, 'Ordinary people are mostly attached to the ordinary,' and so on. 'Wishing to benefit oneself and others' means showing pure intention and also teaching those who are to be tamed. 'Accomplishing virtuous resources' means offering in return for accomplishment. 'In accordance' means showing that this is the excellent means of offering. 'Generating the mind' means showing the arising of joy in creation. The term 'generating the mind' can also be used in conjunction with those who possess the conditions of oral instructions. Now, to show reverence by explaining the words. As it is said, 'By conforming to the conduct of noble Maitreya and other excellent beings, it is well revealed,' and so on. The words are easy to understand. Each one, with their own wisdom of realization, generates supreme joy in those who possess the realm of Prajñāpāramitā. 'Each one with their own wisdom of realization' means transcending the path of speech, and therefore being free from expression. One who has truly realized it oneself cannot show it to others, and others cannot rely on it and hold it, so only one's own true realization is one's own true realization. Thus it is also said: 'Subtle and difficult to know is the path of the great sages, non-conceptual, not an object of thought, difficult to see, its nature is peaceful, without cessation, without arising, it is understood by the clear wisdom of the wise. Its essence is without inherent existence, peaceful, and suffering is exhausted, liberated from the continuum, equally extinguished, without beginning or middle, inexpressible in words, liberated from the three times, like and equal to the sky. The realm of the Sugatas is peaceful and near, all words are difficult to express, their realms and conduct are the same, difficult to speak.'
