One should not think like the ground. Thus, arising from the power of habituation, established as arising from the mind, not forgetting the familiar objects, that itself is the wisdom of mindfulness. Here, the wisdom endowed with mindfulness is the wisdom of mindfulness. Therefore, in all circumstances, it is only the distinction of the power of the mind itself, established by the state of mind and mental factors, as stated by the venerable teacher Dharmapala, these are established only in their state, but are actually important. Thus, the Bodhisattva, in order to accomplish the complete meaning of self and others, proceeds without relying on anything, the nature of the habit, made clear by experiencing the three kinds of wisdom in sequence, the wisdom of mindfulness, even for a long time, remains in a state of not forgetting what has been heard, etc., and is well established in it. Being well established means that the familiar objects are not forgotten, so it is clear that they will follow in other lifetimes as well. What is it that is well established in the wisdom of mindfulness? "The essence of the ten practices of Dharma, the meaning of the Sutra," as it is said, to show that the meaning of the Prajnaparamita Sutra is completely stated, and is connected with the meaning of the Sutra. The meaning of the Sutra is also the meaning of all the treatises such as the introduction, or is it just the essence of the meaning that dwells in the wisdom of mindfulness? When thinking about it, since neither is the main one, the nature of the eight Abhisamayas is mentioned, this is the main meaning, so it should dwell in the wisdom of mindfulness, because the essence of the meaning is also included in it. The complete treatises such as the introduction are not necessarily established in the wisdom of mindfulness, because the Dharma of scripture is like a raft when contemplating the Dharma of realization. Because it is inferior in nature due to distraction. The nature of the eight Abhisamayas, the collection of its nature is, the nature of the ten practices of Dharma is mentioned, because it is the ten perfections, so showing that is the practice of accomplishing the Bodhicitta and generosity, etc., as it is said. Saying Bodhicitta is from the ground of the first practitioner to the ground of Buddhahood, with the nature of cause and effect, never separated from Bodhicitta.

If Bodhicitta exists, then it is said to show that generosity and other perfections are also in accordance with it. If the Bodhicitta, which has emptiness and compassion as its essence, is not blessed, then generosity and so on will not become practices of cultivation, so it is mainly said. Therefore, the intermediate words are omitted from the phrase "having Bodhicitta." What is meant by generosity and so on is: Generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, wisdom to the other shore, skillful means, power, aspiration, and wisdom, these are considered the ten perfections. These are the practices of cultivation. There are three practices in the Mahayana: First, aspiration Bodhicitta is the practice of entering. Second, entering Bodhicitta, the ten perfections are the practices of cultivation, that is, how to fulfill the previous wishes, or that the fruit is well accomplished. Then, the Buddha is the practice of accomplishment, that is, the activities of the Dharmakaya. Some say that the nature of the ten Dharma practices here is the teaching of the noble Maitreya himself, namely writing, offering, giving, listening, reading, accepting, explaining, reciting, thinking, and meditating. This statement is unreasonable, because these are mainly the practices of cultivation through the path of application, so they are not the most supreme at all times, and the teacher has not mentioned any part of them in the commentary. Similarly, some people think that the ten Dharma practices are the ten virtues that have the function of benefiting oneself and others, which is also unreasonable, because the teacher has not even hinted at it here. So, what is the result of practicing this accomplished practice? It is said, "By realizing the stages of the Extremely Joyful Ground, etc., which are the characteristics of going everywhere in the realm of Dharma," and so on. Dharma refers to all things such as form that can be classified as Dharmata, and their Dharmadhatu is their own nature. Just as the nature of fire is heat, which is called the fire element, fire and its element—heat—cannot be distinguished even slightly, and are completely the same in every way.
