For the sake of taming sentient beings, manifestations such as passing into nirvana are shown. It is said thus. Apart from this characteristic, they also appear in forms such as young boys and girls, causing the beings to be tamed to fully mature. Also, it is possible for wish-fulfilling trees and precious jewels, etc., to be emanated as things included in the vessel-world. As it is said in the Sutra of the Noble Jewel Lamp: "Those in solitary places become great forests of trees, becoming inexhaustible treasures of medicine and jewels, wish-fulfilling jewels, the essence that grants desires, and for those who are lost and fallen into pits, they become guides." It is said thus. Such ones are emanations that are not fully ripened. Here, the word 'fully ripened' should be understood as the meaning of maturation, different from being extremely vast. Young boys and girls, etc., because they appear inferior, are different from the stages of the path of learning, and because their wisdom is shallow, they are called that. The characteristics of this body are also stated by the noble Nagarjuna: "To ripen sentient beings, some appear blazing like fire, some appear as complete enlightenment, peacefully turning the wheel of Dharma, entering into various different states through various skillful means, eliminating the fear of the three realms, I prostrate to the great meaning of the emanation body of the Buddhas who have realized the ten directions." It is taught thus. Firstly, regarding the characteristics of being attached to good and bad objects, etc., the first four are the nature of the ordinary accumulation path. The following fifth is to be combined with the roots of virtue that are in accordance with the part of liberation. Then the second is to be combined with the path of preparation. The rest are clear. Some say that the first is the path of accumulation, then the five are the nature of the path of preparation, then one is the uninterrupted samadhi alone, where it is the practice of abandoning grasping, and the following are for abandoning the conceptualization of what is grasped. The meaning of what is grasped and what grasps should be seen as external objects and consciousness as the internal self. The conceptualizations of what is grasped and what grasps as previously shown are not so, because those

It is related to that place, but it cannot be abandoned by that, because that is to be abandoned by the path that transcends the world. Among them, regarding the phrase "performing the deeds of benefiting beings with utmost tranquility," beings refer to humans and so on. Those utmost tranquility refer to the burning desire of the beautiful joyful one, the burning hatred of the garland of fingers, the burning ignorance of the lotus-growing light protector, and so on. Those also must be made utterly tranquil. Furthermore, for all beings who are not noble ones, what is commonly difficult to abandon is the lust for sexual intercourse, among which young women are particularly strong. The Buddhas also happily cause them to be completely abandoned and practice accordingly. Therefore, the venerable Nagarjuna said: "Wisdom, discipline, generosity arise, great fame, stainless, pervading all directions, the heavenly realm, the sky, and the earth, increasing the happiness of humans and gods on earth, joy upon joy, as desired, liberating all beings from suffering, pacifying all existence, attaining the victorious position, transcending the world, only in name, tranquil and unmoving, attaining the state of no forgetting and no loss." Thus, because the afflictions of beings are pacified, the first deed is performed. For the benefit of the retinue, how are those things gathered with the joyful mani jewel necklace, and the giving of food and resources? That is also teaching the Dharma of liberation, practicing that Dharma, conforming to that Dharma, and oneself also taking practice as the essence, not speaking lightly, etc., is the second deed, placing it on the four objects of gathering, such as giving. As it is said: "These qualities, and those who possess the gathering of retinues, truly rely on this principle, accomplishing all meanings, it is skillful and possesses qualities." The so-called "realization" refers to relying on pleasant speech for a long time, and thinking in that way, etc., is the ability to determine what to take and what to abandon, it is the third deed. The so-called "the benefit of other beings, is the nature of love, etc.," refers to accomplishing and realizing as one thinks, therefore following like a magician.
