DTG087 0001.The Explanation of the Verses of the Ornament of Realization, A Treatise on the Quintessential Instructions of the Perfection of Wisdom....g2.0f

English

In short, the Tathagatas do not intentionally manifest the supremely peaceful ultimate truth with great compassion. Although the two truths are inseparable, and neither the other's meaning nor the discriminating consciousness ever exists, the power of the Dharmadhatu is like a painting drawn with various appearing forms. Because all forms are completely clear, it is certain to abide. Whatever, like: On the earth there are forms, and the houses that dwell in the heavenly realms, whatever various forms appear, those are all appearances of the Alaya. The Alaya is the universal hand, and the universal mouth, eyes, and head are also. Simultaneously or gradually, it pervades all lands and abides. It intoxicates children, and whatever dwells in one's own heart, that abides by filling all bodies in a dual manner. Thus it is taught. Then again, it is said that whatever is nominally called Alaya is the Dharmadhatu itself nominally called for children, and thus it is taught, thus it is shown: Not empty, nothing exists, like striking pottery with a hammer, whatever thing can be destroyed, the thing does not truly exist. If an empty thing exists, it will be destroyed rather than not destroyed. What can be destroyed and what destroys are those that are imputed by discrimination. Thus it is said. The venerable Nagarjuna also first refuted the assertion of self and the assertion of the meaning of other, and then established that what is to be known is internal. Then again, it is again, that appears as it is there, how it appears is not so. Discriminatory consciousness is the way of no-self, therefore the basis of non-discriminatory consciousness appears. For example, when a magnet is seen, iron quickly moves completely. This has no mind, but appears as if it has a mind. Thus, the Alaya consciousness, without mind but as if with mind, moves with going and coming, and constantly takes the three existences. For example, from the edge of the sea, waves must move. Thus, the Alaya consciousness, relying on the body, causes it to move. Thus it is taught. For example, brown sugar is sweet, and fire is hot in nature, likewise all phenomena are considered to be the same nature of emptiness. Thus it is said.

The manifold Dharmadhatu itself has shown that appearance and truth are inseparable. On the grounds such as the Joyful Land, when one of them manifests, the other does not appear, so they exist in a mutually contradictory nature. The wisdom gained from subsequent attainment merely believes that they are inseparable, as stated earlier: "On those appearing forms, etc., निश्चित as the Buddha." This is clearly shown. The teacher said that abiding in the Prajnaparamita is to निश्चितly grasp the nature of the Dharmadhatu, such as form, as the Tathagata. Logically, the words such as the self-nature of the Dharmadhatu should also be applied to all four characteristics. The wisdom of generosity and so on refers to the gradual realization, summarizing the stages of realization. Although the stages of realization are mentioned, any of the thirteen types of generosity and so on can be focused on in an instant, and can focus on all the meanings that are spoken and will be spoken. To show the reason for this, it is said to be free from the definite grasping of individual objects, because of being accustomed to one nature. Therefore, with the nature that is the opposite of grasping separately, it is not only that many are summarized into one, but like a carpenter's piece of wood, one can also summarize many. Therefore, each of generosity and so on can also summarize the characteristics of the Dharma from generosity and so on up to the eighty minor marks, so the words are combined in this way. Being drawn by previous aspirations means having the wisdom of one moment, being able to realize all Dharmas, and the power of constantly reciting the Noble Auspicious Conduct Prayer and so on. Therefore, the noble Nagarjuna said: "The Bodhisattva's precepts of Bodhicitta, ཇི་ལྟ་བ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) like the conduct of Noble Auspicious, the one who aspires to Bodhicitta, the wisdom is unwavering." The power of the Dharmadhatu, because everything is its nature, so there is no one and other, in reality, one can also summarize many.

It is not so, what is there to be surprised about? The remaining words are easy to understand, so they are not explained separately. The explanation of the seventh chapter is complete. Explanation of the Eighth Chapter In this way, after the stage of the cause of the seven chapters is completely fulfilled, now, in order to show the self-nature of the fruit of the fruit, it is said, "Meditating on the manifestation of complete enlightenment in one moment is the second moment," and so on. The reason for saying that there are four aspects is that they are the self-nature body, the Dharma body, the enjoyment body, and the manifestation body. Some people say, "The Acharya has already shown the three bodies in other treatises, so that is how he thinks. But this is Khenpo Yangdak Nampa Nangdze (Sanskrit transliteration), mainly based on key instructions, so he recorded his views." It is said that because the number of bodies is definitely shown in different ways below, and none of them are refuted, there is nothing to be sure about that. The Acharya believes that even if the body is placed, there is no fault, which is very clear. The so-called "first" is the first in number, or the thing in the sense of excellence. Previously, when showing the great self-nature of the self-nature Prajnaparamita, it was said in the way of showing it. The so-called "self-nature body" is both self-nature and body, so it is the "self-nature body," which is a collection of the same basis. Among them, self-nature refers to the special Dharma that has Dharma nature, which is called self-nature here. The Dharma that has special Dharma is the Samantabhadra's aspiration, etc. of the Buddha's land. The special Dharma nature they have refers to the ultimate truth. For the ultimate truth, there is no movement of the mind, let alone words? Therefore, it is said that the Tathagatagarbha is pure and impure, and it is not established by Dharma nature, and nothing else can be established slightly. Dharma nature and its Dharma nature are also unspeakable as the same or different, which has been shown before. The explanation of "their self-nature" is that their self-nature is self-nature. What is the characteristic?
