Compassion, the mind of friendship and companions, the mind of relatives and in-law relationships, these are great. Taking the peak as an example, for non-virtue and virtue, diminishing as if counting; through the means of acceptance, having the nature of reversing and entering, through that path, the various other ways of reversing from sin, and combining with those who abide in virtue, the two ways are called small and medium respectively. Others who enter in the same way, actions that are in accordance with praise and commendation, are called great. Taking patience as an example, combining, praising, and actions that are in accordance with commendation, these are combined as small, medium, and great respectively. Taking the excellence of worldly dharma as an example, all paths of maturation and liberation, measured by the authority of the three omniscient ones, those should be combined as small, medium, and great respectively. Therefore, here, the term "here" is used taking the previous omniscient one etc. as an example, gradually generating the path in the continuum, or when wisdom of hearing and thinking is the main focus, those that are in accordance with the decisive part, that is, conforming, special, thoroughly comprehending, completely transforming, one life, and one seat, are called six types. And "here" is for distinguishing, so the word "here" is spoken. The rest are not explained separately because they are easy to understand. The aspect of not being manifestly attached to the apprehended and the apprehender means that the conceptualization of self-nature is very subtle, and there is no conceptualization of recollection. The so-called "fruit corresponding to oneself," oneself refers to the wisdom of equipoise, and the fruit corresponding to this is, just as when in equipoise, one does not grasp at duality, therefore the appearance of the apprehended and the apprehender itself does not exist, and when arising from that state, even if there is still the appearance of the apprehended and the apprehender, because there is no clinging to duality, it is said to be the fruit corresponding to one's own continuum. The so-called "yogis" refers to those who have seen the truth. The so-called "terms" refers to the nature of entering into action, those are all times and places.

In short, when one abides in equanimity, it is entirely in accordance with realizing the nature of the dharmadhatu that pervades everywhere. There are no discriminations such as, "This is good, this is bad, I will offer this body to the speaker of the Dharma for the sake of this Dharma, and I will give up my life." Just as when those who are skilled in terminology see reflections in a mirror, etc., there is only appearance, but they remain without making any effort. If that is the case, then how will it be accomplished that bodhisattvas who have attained the Joyful Ground purify hundreds of Buddhafields in an instant, etc.? Therefore, apart from the need to tame sentient beings, it must be so. After uttering this last sentence, because the need to tame all sentient beings is near, through the power of past aspirations, it will occur that, like a magical illusion, I have shown such a Dharma nature, etc. As it is taught in the sutras, "Depending on the need, the Buddhas are like me and what I have said." When some beings do not engage in the activity of taming, as previously stated, they abide in the fruit that corresponds to themselves, without any conceptualization of activity, etc. Therefore, these are also explained after careful examination. Imputation refers to the fact that here, the period when one is not engaged in benefiting beings is also described by imputing the cause to the fruit. The necessity of imputation is to enable bodhisattvas to understand that because they have no conceptualization, they are entirely in accordance with the realization of the Dharma nature. Others do not distinguish between the two situations of doing and not doing benefit to beings, and even when it appears that they are doing benefit to beings, they do not deviate from the state of being in accordance with realization, but enter into the various samadhis that they are doing in a spontaneously accomplished manner. As it is said, "Manjushri, there is a samadhi called all sounds are names. Having attained this samadhi, the bodhisattva can realize all sounds, speech, and names, and can show one letter of all letters, and one letter can show all letters." Manjushri, the merit and roots of virtue arising from the maturation of karma

There is a samadhi called "making all doubts appear." Having attained this samadhi, the Bodhisattva enters into silence without uttering a word. Even without uttering a single word, he can make all sentient beings hear the sound of the Buddha, the sound of the Dharma, the sound of the Sangha, the sound of the Shravaka, the sound of the Pratyekabuddha, the sound of the Bodhisattva, and the sound of the Paramitas, and so on. Therefore, it is said. In any case, since it has been shown that there is imputation on both sides, the necessity of showing imputation is that, if it were not so, how could each yogi, with his own wisdom, make others believe in the nature of each moment in his continuum? Therefore, it is said. If its merits are not shown merely through imputation, then who would believe in the path of seeing and enter in order to attain it? This is for the purpose of making it easier for people to enter. The so-called "path of meditation is profound" means that the path of seeing is profound and vast, while the path of meditation is mostly accustomed to emptiness as an antidote to the obscuration of knowledge, so it is profound. In this way, due to being very accustomed to the profound, one reaches the ultimate end of being urged by the Buddha on the eighth ground. Like this, since the extremely profound emptiness is manifested, therefore, before, for emptiness and so on, there is also no form, and emptiness and so on are also not other than form, like this, the ultimate truth is shown. How does the wisdom of the power of the antidote become the Dharmadhatu? This is the final word. Pari means above. The meaning of seeing is the meaning of gradually experiencing with wisdom. Thinking refers to the wisdom of hearing or at the time of practice. Tranquility refers to the wisdom of thinking or in reality. Definite realization refers to the wisdom of meditation or from subsequent arising. If asked how many kinds there are, like this, when first understanding the path, those paths of meditation that are distinguished, each one shows ninety-nine kinds of purification, and more than that should be prevented by "the mother of the victor, from then on," and so on. How is it the nature of the perfection of suchness?
