If I do not appear at all, some practice in other realms of the world, and most practice in the places of the nagas. The teachings are as precious and unsurpassed as jewels. Whatever pure conduct there is, those with dragon heads are respectfully accepted by great beings as ornaments on their heads, and they dispel the darkness that dwells in the depths of the earth. Thus it is taught. These aggregates of Dharma are also established in the three pitakas, namely the Sutra Pitaka, the section spoken in song, the section of prophecies, the section of verses, and the section of parables, which are all collected in the Sutra Pitaka of the Hearer Arhats. The section of discussions, the section of parables, the section of such occurrences, and the Jataka tales and their retinue are all collected in the Vinaya Pitaka. The extremely extensive section and the wonderful section are understood to be the Sutra Pitaka of the Bodhisattvas. The section of definitive analysis is collected in the Abhidharma Pitaka of both. These pitakas can also be three or two pitakas. The pitakas can be three or two, because of the collection, the cause is considered to be nine. That is, liberation is obtained from habits, realization, and peace, as well as from superior realization. Sutras, Abhidharma, Vinaya, etc., in short, the meaning is considered to be fourfold. Those with wisdom, knowing these, attain omniscience. To explain the places, characteristics, and Dharma meanings, it is a Sutra. For direct perception, repeatedly, and to subdue realization, it is Abhidharma. For transgressions, arising, purification, and liberation, as well as individuals, precepts, and good distinctions, and for truly determining, it is Vinaya. Thus it is said. Therefore, the realm of the Victorious Ones, such as the venerable Hundred Thousand Mothers, etc., should be known to be the sutras of the Bodhisattvas in the Mahayana Pitaka, collected in the extremely extensive section. Making offerings and praises to this Prajnaparamita Sutra brings more excellent merit than making offerings to other sutras, and disrespecting it is also infinitely sinful. As it is said: Beings fear in improper places, which becomes a cause of suffering, non-merit.

Having accumulated great evils for a long time, without virtuous friends, without accumulating merit, and without taming the mind, this Dharma causes fear, and one will fall from this into great misfortune. As it is said in the sutra: Those with small minds, upon hearing this Dharma, will abandon it. Having abandoned it, without refuge, they will fall into the Avici hell. It is said that abandoning this 'Mother of the Buddhas' is worse than committing the five heinous crimes. As is clearly stated in the extensive 'Holy Mother' scriptures. The so-called "revolving through all aspects" means that some say: First, in the Deer Park, the Wheel of Dharma of the Four Noble Truths was turned for the venerable Kaundinya and others; this is the inferior Wheel of Dharma. Then, in Rajagriha, on Vulture Peak Mountain, the Wheel of Dharma was taught, revealing the essence and the meaning of Abhisamaya; this is the second Wheel of Dharma spoken with hidden meaning. Therefore, the sons of the gods said: Alas! The Lord has turned the second Wheel of Dharma in Jambudvipa. After that, in the Himalayas and other places, by distinguishing the characteristics and the three natures of the Abhidharma, the Wheel of Dharma was turned, revealing the definitive meaning; this is the Wheel of Dharma that revolves through all aspects. Those who say this have not spoken well. Why? The Great Hero, the World Honored One, did not teach the Dharma in such a gradual way. As it is said in the 'Holy Tathagata Birth Sutra': Son of lineage, after the Tathagatas have attained complete enlightenment, they enter into the Samadhi called 'Buddha Perfectly Manifested Enlightenment.' As soon as they enter this Samadhi, beings as numerous as there are, their bodies, speech, and minds will all abide. And in other sutras it is said: Alas! Prince, you should look, in all the Jambudvipa worlds, the Tathagata is shown to be dwelling here. We all think: The Tathagata dwells on the summit of Mount Sumeru. In other world realms, the Buddha's miracles are very rare. Thus it is said. In short
