Therefore, because of truly knowing the way to settle sentient beings, it is shown in this way as if dealing with people and so on, and it should be understood as such. That is to say: Whoever speaks truthfully for the sake of near harm is false. What is the meaning of truth and untruth? Whoever accomplishes the benefit of others is true. Thus it is said. If the nature of afflictions is emptiness, then since it does not exist, what is the use of cultivation? If there is truly a nature, then what is the use of cultivation? Because nature cannot be changed. In any case, the path of cultivation such as the distinguishing branches, considering it meaningless with "emptiness" etc., the characteristic of emptiness is the unfavorable aspects such as attachment, and the path such as the distinguishing branches, and the mind that cultivates it is unreal, because the measure of non-separation such as one and many is pervasive. This is the opponent's thought. Because reaching the extreme of habituation is impossible. Even if one practices with reverence, continuously, and for a long time, one should not strive, because habituation to non-existence does not exist, just as a human horn cannot become a rabbit horn. Therefore, not doing any cultivation at all, the path of cultivation cannot do anything. Where no difference can be achieved, and in any way it does not exist, it is unreasonable to be the doer itself. Therefore, for the sake of foolish beings, the path of distinguishing branches and so on is conventionally existent, and for the beings who do not know the true limits of causal things, in order to eliminate their doubts, "things" and so on are spoken. The various explanations of the meaning made in verses are "Dharmata" etc. Because of the absence of self-nature, truly speaking, because of that nature, otherness, both, non-both, and difference, non-difference, both, unspeakable as non-both, for hearing etc...

What is the power of? Is it conventional truth or not? It is said to be the self-nature of Dharma, and in reality, it is the nature of non-dual wisdom. Because of those differences in causes, why is it the nature of non-dual wisdom? Therefore, the inexpressible is the nature of the path of manifestation. The path of meditation mentioned earlier is not truly existent like individuals because it is inexpressible. Therefore, by the path called meditation, the opposing aspects and antidotes of causes are not allowed to be separated and generated in order from the previously mentioned ones. It is said that because there is nothing to be done to perfect meditation, in reality, because there is no path of meditation, there is nothing to be done to perfect meditation, therefore, it is said because of this and so on. For the path of meditation taught in conventional truth, listening and so on are capable, but this is not the case in ultimate truth, it is said because of this and so on. Even for those who have nothing to meditate on, in reality, meditation and its meaningful actions, the nature of cutting off afflictions and generating enlightenment, do not exist, which is indeed true. Even so, in the conventional truth of yogis, because there are things and so on, there is meditation. Therefore, just like enlightenment, from the perfection of the path of meditation, afflictions are temporary, so there is no fault as mentioned earlier. Because it is clear, it is thought that the arising of the antidote also has no cessation. The author of the Commentary on Valid Cognition also said: Therefore, true true untrue, extremely meditate whatever whatever is, when the power of meditation is complete, that clear non-conceptual wisdom is the result. That is what is said. Therefore, listening to and meditating on the Prajnaparamita is indeed meaningful, as it is said in the Ornament of the Sutras: If meaning can be seen by merely listening, then meditation will become meaningless. If one can enter meditation without listening, then reliance will become meaningless. As it is said, because it has discrimination, one should strive to listen, contemplate, and meditate. Because it is not established, nothing can be established.
