It is because one constantly enters such a path. Some may doubt that the path of meditation is only ninefold, which is itself unreasonable. The conventional truth answer to this is the mention of "Mother of the Conquerors" and so on. The phrase "Mother of the Conquerors, from that," refers to the Hundred Thousand Verses of the Perfection of Wisdom and so on. The phrase "in terms of each aspect" refers to taking each of the heat, warmth, etc., of the path of meditation just mentioned. Because even measures such as number, measure, and direct perception cannot realize it. Because it is said that countless, immeasurable, and boundless merits, such as the roots of non-attachment, arise. Saying that they arise is because there are many differences. Because the heat, warmth, etc., of the path of meditation are themselves the fruits of countless merits, etc., how could they be only ninefold if they become countless, etc.? This is unreasonable! The phrase "countless, etc.," and so on is an explanation of the first half. Countless, etc., have already been mentioned. The word "etc." refers to the unspeakable, etc. Those are the indicated ones, referring to those mentioned there and there. That is not the true meaning, but refers to the ultimate truth, etc. Because the nature of words is unreasonable in the ultimate truth. If it were true, how could it not conform to the meaning of conventional expression? Just as combining "nya" and "ga," the nature of the difference that is merely combined to establish sound, the sound to be expressed is false, up to this point. Therefore, the path of meditation has the characteristics as stated in the words of the Bhagavan. The path of meditation, which has the nature of profoundness, etc., cannot be differentiated. It cannot be made into countless, etc. How to do it? To become one meaning, that is, because the difference of meaning does not depend on others, the object of the limbs of definite distinction, etc., is one meaning. For that contradictory difference that is fully combined and necessarily possessed, the nature of the difference that arises from that cause.

Oh, therefore, whatever is countless, etc., must be incorporated into the same realm as the distinguishing branches, etc. Therefore, even if it appears as a distinction, there is no difference, which is a concluding statement. Relying on other distinctions, and also relying on the opposite of the distinguishing branches, etc., which are combined with various meanings, the nature of the difference that generates the near cause of action is the distinction of difference. What is called conventional, etc., is the latter half that has not been explained, that is, what is called "in the conventional." In the conventional, the great compassion that is not objectified by the names of the Buddhas, etc., is the nature of the compassion that is pervaded by non-discrimination, that is, the Dharmadhatu, which is the non-dual cause of the ten powers, etc. That which has become the homogeneous cause of that is the nature of the similar part. That is the nature of the Dharma that has been spoken, the nature of the Dharma that reveals the true non-dual wisdom, because it reveals that non-dual wisdom in all aspects. As has been said and shown, these are the words of countless, etc. The so-called "in order to guide the children who are pervaded by ignorance" is the remaining word. The so-called "by excellently showing the generation of great fruit" is because it is said to generate the fruit of omniscience. The so-called "as approved by the Tathagatas" refers to the Tathagatas who truly know the way beings abide. Therefore, the cause will not become many, and will not fall into the fault of countless, etc., of the path of meditation. Because the Dharmadhatu is countless, etc., the merit of the yogis is countless, etc., this is only in the conventional, not in the ultimate. If the cause of merit, that is, the distinguishing branches, etc., and generosity, etc., are countless, etc., then how could it not be that its fruit is countless, etc.? If it becomes not its fruit, then the Bhagavan would not have spoken falsely.
