Realizing purity is liberation. This means that by meditating on one's own nature, one can abandon afflictions along with their imprints, and thus become a Buddha. The meaning of this verse is: Because, etc., as mentioned above, clinging to the phenomena just spoken of, one cannot be liberated, nor can one attain enlightenment. Therefore, one must refute, that is, refute the harm to selflessness, and the addition of real existence, etc. If one can eliminate doubts about the existence of inherent nature, one can realize the suchness of the nature of one and many, etc., through valid cognition, and for any dharma, one will not harm it with self, etc., whether in conventional or ultimate truth. If one understands this, one can arise from the twelve links of ignorance, etc., that is, the aggregates of form, etc. The aggregates of form, etc., are dependently originated, and in the conventional truth are the true nature, but in name are emptiness, without inherent existence, and should be regarded as illusory and practiced. What will this bring about? Like, etc., as mentioned above, just as an illusory elephant defeats another illusory elephant, just as fighting with a false elephant and overwhelming the opponent, with the inverted false path, through the afflictions born from the false concept of self, one eliminates the inversions born from afflictions, thereby realizing suchness. Realizing and believing in the selflessness that pervades everything, one can attain liberation, and one can attain true wisdom. According to our view, all dharmas are like illusions, therefore, the illusions of afflictions, etc., are dispelled by the illusions of the path, and for reality, there will be no opposing or assisting factors that are incompatible. Therefore, you think that we have the fault of the unreasonableness of liberation mentioned earlier, but this is not the case. Non-nirvana is also nirvana, as taught by the Protector of the World, like a knot made in space, only space itself can untie it. Etc., these are what are said. Thus, etc.

The six perfections that go to the other shore are mutual, one encompassing the other. As before, each of the perfections such as generosity that belong to it, each and every one, is a single moment. The patience that arises in a single moment, the forbearance of knowing the Dharma in suffering, is what encompasses it, and the distinction of mind that is related to it is the peak realization. Here, it is the path of seeing. In order to abandon afflictions and so on, together with their imprints, it is established as a means of seeing. This is the remainder. Generosity and so on, and so on, is an explanation. It is contradictory for multiple conceptualizations to arise at once, but it is not the case that one conceptualization arises towards multiple objects. Because it is so much and has not been learned, it is possible that even if there are truly thirty-six aspects, at one moment of the object of the collection of generosity and so on, one forbearance, with the path of seeing of one mind, is also the cause of perfect enlightenment in one moment, and there is no contradiction to this. Now, without the arising of the path of seeing, expressing its intention, and with the result of abandonment itself, even if the path of seeing and the path of meditation are different, it is appropriate to speak of the path of meditation that focuses on abandonment just mentioned, whoever shows it for a while with its meaning and content, that is, when it arises, and so on, this is what is said, namely ignorance, action, consciousness, name and form, the six sense sources, contact, feeling, craving, grasping, existence, birth, old age, and death. These twelve links of dependent origination, which are called dependent arising, meditating on selflessness in order is meditating on the arising in order. Similarly, starting from the end, meditating in reverse order, know that this is meditating in a non-sequential manner. Also, with seeing and so on, eliminate the differentiated explanations of the lion's stretching and so on, because the afflictions cannot overwhelm, so the lion
