Also, it should not be said, "I am in conflict with others," because "other dharmas also exist," etc., are contrary to that Bodhi, which will be explained below. Otherwise, how could the Vaibhashika, Sautrantika, Yogachara, and Madhyamaka Buddhists become superior in a progressively superior order? Or, when the superiority of the Mahayana is taught, isn't it also said that other vehicles are not superior? Why wouldn't that become a fault of engaging in the karma of impoverishing others? The answer to the former point is that "therefore" etc. is mentioned. The so-called "this is merely another system" refers to the occasion of firmly establishing the understanding of the superior and non-superior vehicles as they are. Because it is so, one should not speak of refuting based on other vehicles anywhere, and one should not speak of the fault of engaging in the karma of impoverishing others with the Dharma, because those who abide in their respective vehicles desire to make others' vehicles decline through us, therefore, declining from their own vehicle and believing in it even more is not what is intended. Therefore, refuting "other dharmas also exist" etc., the previously mentioned fault is not a fault, because it is desired. Regarding this explanation, those who abide in their own vehicle should be regarded as those who abandon their own vehicle, being placed in the karma of impoverishing others. The so-called "object of focus" etc. refers to the arising and destruction of form etc., which are establishment and refutation. The so-called "abiding" refers to abiding and naming with this, so it is abiding, which is the entirety of sound. The so-called "separation" refers to non-abiding, which is non-existence, so it is abiding separation. The so-called "imputation" refers to the names of Buddhas etc., that and that are unspeakable, so it is called imputation and unspeakable. In explaining the objects of focus and aspects of the three roots of virtue belonging to the heat stage, it is mentioned that "the object of focus of small heat is" etc., wherein "the object of focus of small heat" etc. is explained by "impermanence" etc. "The object of focus of medium heat is love
