Because it is the very knowledge of subtle things. From one's own system, etc., it is said that the wisdom of the perfectly complete Buddha, or three countless kalpas, or half of that, or even those are few, so it is said that one quickly attains perfect wisdom. Saying conventional and so on, it is because in the conventional, form and so on do not decrease, nor do they increase, because accumulating by relying on the conventional is what can be perceived. In the ultimate, there is no decrease and no increase, because there is no thing, so one does not see what is nominally established as form and so on. The three circles, etc., are because one truly cultivates in giving and so on, without clinging to the giver and so on. The true, etc., is because the three circles are completely pure, and one obtains the accumulation of merit and wisdom for three countless kalpas. For all dharmas, etc., it is because one clings to both external and internal things as pure. The realm of dharma, etc., is because beings other than Bodhisattvas should not abide in prajna. Aspiration and so on, and virtuous friend and so on, are because it is inferred only from the completeness of causes and conditions and from being in accordance and conformity. Not tasting the flavor of clinging is not clinging even to non-attachment, because in the stage of attaining Buddhahood, that too is what should be abandoned. Sixteen self-natures are the sixteen kinds of distinct self-natures. What does this signify? What is the distinction of this sign? And how does it rely on showing the path of distinction? Therefore, the order and so on are spoken, so according to the order of the sixteen, each moment of the truths such as suffering, the truth of suffering and so on has four characteristics, and the two, such as the wisdom of the path, are said to be the wisdom of the path itself and the all-knowing wisdom, Bodhisattvas and so on, Bodhisattvas and

In short, the difference between the paths of the Hearers and others that were previously mentioned is that they show the distinctions of the inconceivable and so on, and thus enter into the excellent, and are the means to perfect enlightenment, so they are the excellent path. The previously mentioned excellence of the inconceivable and so on is the characteristic of the Four Noble Truths. Is it not reasonable to speak of the path of the Hearers and others here? Otherwise, would the difference not be understood? If you ask this, then say "therefore" and so on. Therefore, the Bodhisattva path is different from the previously mentioned Hearers and others, because they lack the excellence mentioned earlier, and are the path of the Four Noble Truths that are empty of the inconceivable and so on. Since this is the case, why not say it? Because, in terms of the characteristics of the arising of superknowledges and so on, it is the characteristic of the one-sided knowledge of the superknowledges of the eye and so on from samadhi, and the word "etc." includes the arising of detachment from desire and so on, because it is easy to understand, and because it is well known in the scriptures and the conduct of Bodhisattvas, it was not said. Therefore, due to the characteristics of the difference, it was not said before. The demarcation is the Four Truths that are distinguished from the paths of the Hearers and others. What is "doing"? The characteristic of "the doer" is that "benefit" and so on are said, the explanation of the words is that the future benefit and the happiness of this life are the happiness of body and mind and the happiness of mind in the next life and this life. The maturation without suffering is equanimity, that is, the mind that is not explained. That itself is not maturation, because it does not produce the results of good and bad destinies. The nature of these is the nature of conformity and so on. Its proximate cause is to give to the practitioner of the Four Noble Truths who enters into excellence with the distinctions of the inconceivable and so on. For this reason, it is "benefit" and so on. The so-called "permanently" and so on is to avert from suffering or the cause of suffering.

Self, etc., refers to the cause of the definite good and increase of self and others. Others, etc., refers to accomplishing the meaning of sentient beings at all times and places. The meaning of sentient beings, etc., refers to entering into benefiting others without effort by extremely familiarizing oneself with benefiting others. Vehicle, etc., refers to the fact that the afflictions of bodhisattvas are conceptual thoughts. Because the three kinds of omniscient fruits are not manifested. Thus, these seven, as their time, enter with inconceivable and other differences, and when the practice of the four noble truths reaches its peak, without exceeding that order, they accomplish the meaning of others completely and perfectly without hindrance. All aspects, etc., refers to all aspects of knowledge, and all its dharmas are bodhicitta, etc. Because it proclaims the meaning of near-side accomplishment, it is the activity of the basis, and the basis of the beings to be tamed is one, etc. Afflictions, etc., explaining the words of the nature of self-nature, are greed, etc. The sign of the fruit of afflictions such as greed, etc., the sign of the evil realms, is the fault of the body, etc., and its sign, irrational attention, the irrational attention of the cause of greed, etc. The word "etc." refers to frivolous speech, etc., that is, its conceptual thought. Greed and non-greed, etc., are discordant qualities and antidotes. Those that are included by afflictions and paths are empty, so these do not exist, and are the nature of tranquility.
