The meaning of the phrase "and so on" is to mention form and so on. To be manifestly attached to form, feeling, and so on is to be manifestly attached. Because it is the reason for the term "form, etc.," it is the characteristic of blue, etc. Form has two types and twenty. The phrase "..." and so on is elaboration. The knowledge of warmth and so on is realization. The arrogance of these is manifest attachment, etc., which are the four aspects of knowing the distinctions of the four realms. Not perceiving them in all aspects is not seeing them. The equality of combination is the similarity of combination. The phrase "Having separately understood the equality of combination..." and so on enters into the phrase "suffering, etc.," which means knowing the Dharma, following knowledge, forbearance, and knowledge. The phrase "knowledge" refers to knowing the Dharma, following knowledge, forbearance, and knowledge. These four are momentary because they do not arise in an instant. Having its nature is suffering, etc. The meaning of the phrase "Form is impermanent," etc., which is the aspect of truth, is to mention the absence of inherent existence, etc. The phrase "because of the absence of inherent existence" and so on is because in that very nature, it is emptiness, such as grasping. Form, etc., are form, feeling, etc. The terms "permanent" and "impermanent" refer to the nature of being stable and one, and the nature of disintegration, which are the qualities of things. Since they are separate and absent, they are neither permanent nor impermanent, neither stable nor disintegrating. Similarly, suffering is unpleasant feeling. The absence of it is not suffering. Because of being separate from them, it is free from the extremes of permanence and annihilation of bondage and liberation. Because there is no object of another's self, it is empty, and the absence of it is not empty. Because of being separate from it, it is completely pure. Because oneself is the nature of self, it is self, and the absence of it is non-self, because their very nature is only examined in that way. Therefore, the unarisen cannot arise in two mutually contradictory ways, and since there is no arising in this way, it does not cease.
