It is certain. Dedicating to the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment means dedicating all the merit of generosity and so forth entirely to all sentient beings attaining Buddhahood, and the power is wisdom. Regarding these, "performing generosity and so forth" means that the object of generosity and the giver and so forth are not apprehended there. Having donned armor there means exerting effort until enlightenment. In terms of generosity, having abandoned the Hearer's way of thinking, here, vowing to benefit others is discipline. Without that, generosity and patience and so forth would not arise, because without generosity and so forth, it is not reasonable to act for the benefit of others. Similarly, if one possesses patience, sentient beings will be brought under control. Here too, similarly, generosity, discipline, and diligence and so forth are present. If there is no patience, enemies will be pacified, because one is in harmony with sentient beings, therefore generosity and so forth arise. Similarly, diligence is delight in virtuous actions, and one who possesses that has generosity and so forth, as well as meditation and wisdom, because without diligence, generosity and so forth do not arise. Similarly, one who possesses meditation has generosity and so forth, which are pure in the three spheres, and wisdom, but that is not possible for one who is distracted. Thus, one who possesses wisdom similarly has generosity and so forth, because without generosity and so forth, it is not possible to dedicate merit entirely to sentient beings for enlightenment. Thus, each of generosity and so forth encompasses discipline and so forth, so mentioning generosity and so forth is simply the six perfections. In this way, just as with generosity, the armor of non-apprehension and so forth should also be applied to discipline and so forth. That is what is mentioned, such as "Thus, guard discipline." The meaning of the verses on meditation and so forth is that meditation and so forth are taught, the first four and so forth are meditation. The sphere of limitless space and so forth are formless absorptions.

. The name of giving and so on is easy to understand. Immeasurable are the loving-kindness and compassion, etc., which are directed towards sentient beings of the three realms. The name of without object and so on is easy to understand. Truly abiding is the ultimate mind of aspiration and practice. Its characteristic is its very nature. Therefore, all the teachings of the Great Vehicle are the generation of bodhicitta and so on. Its suppression is to proceed with a gradually irreversible mind, because it is its very nature. The practice of entering, ascending to the Great Vehicle, has already been explained. Here, too, the order of realization is the order of meditation and so on. It is said that there are nine aspects. The explanation of the meaning of the verses, such as great compassion and so on, is that the path of union is that wisdom and means do not fall into either extreme and are connected, and it is the samadhi of means and wisdom. Skillful means are not being timid and so on. The grounds and antidotes will be explained below. The name that possesses the meaning of collection is mentioned as conventional and so on. The meaning of not transcending conventional truth is that because it does not agree with ultimate truth, it is a thorough examination of what should be practiced in conventionality and so on. All the meanings of the Great Vehicle are the generation of bodhicitta and so on. Its accomplishment is through practice. Through these, by means of obtaining the nature of truly entering, by thoroughly examining and grasping, it is great enlightenment, that is, the very Buddha who pervades. Since the meaning of compassion and so on has already been explained, it is abandoned, and the collection of wisdom is in that, as has been mentioned. Internal and so on, connecting internal and external and so on, are spoken for the sake of easy understanding. The eye and so on, which are the nature of the internal, are internal emptiness because they do not exist in that reality. Likewise, external forms and so on are external emptiness. Because it is produced by it, it is included by the senses.

It is for both, that is, the two, outer and inner, are the emptiness of inner and outer. All the dharmas of things observed in persons, etc., are emptiness, and with emptiness, the nature of consciousness that focuses on emptiness, such as the inner self, is the emptiness of emptiness. Direction is the emptiness of all directions and the containers such as earth and the travelers is the great emptiness. The path of nirvana is nirvana and its path is the ultimate emptiness. Origination and other things, the so-called three realms are the emptiness of conditioned phenomena. The unborn, etc., are the emptiness of the unconditioned. Edge, etc., without abandonment, the so-called non-separation from permanence and annihilation is the emptiness beyond extremes. Being free from beginning, end, and center is the emptiness without beginning or end. Non-abandonment is because there is no distraction anywhere, the path of meditating in no place is the emptiness of non-abandonment. The nature of the realm of dharma is the emptiness of self-nature. The emptiness of all things is the emptiness of all dharmas. Dharma birth, etc., cessation, etc., the so-called form, etc., birth and cessation, etc., are the emptiness of characteristics. Not observing the dharmas of the past, etc., is the emptiness of non-observation. Having and other entities, etc., the so-called having dharmas is the emptiness of the nature of non-things. The five aggregates of close grasping are the emptiness of things. Space emptiness, the so-called uncreated space, etc., is the emptiness of non-things. Self-nature emptiness, the so-called emptiness of one's own nature. Other dharma non-thingness, the so-called agent of the nature of others is emptiness, therefore it is the emptiness of the nature of others. By the difference of emptiness, the so-called twenty kinds of differences of emptiness are the aspects of emptiness. The cause of emptiness and twenty aspects is because each of their own natures is empty. It is said that the nature of the eye, etc., is as much as others observe.
