Because there is not, so there is no desire; relying on the ultimate truth, there is no cause, and because of the nature of extreme habituation of stinginess, for the objects of refutation by demons and other heretics, the second kind of conceptualization that clings to the object established by the object of focus, the mind and mental factors of the path of seeing with nine aspects, are to be abandoned by the stage of entering. Therefore, the nine intermediate verses, separately from the four aspects, are the nine aspects of the unfavorable aspects of the path of seeing. Knowing that these are abandoned, the four antidotes are also different by classification in the same way. Thus, after showing the unfavorable aspects and antidotes on the path of seeing, in order to accomplish the great Bodhi, what kind of cause is the path of seeing established with, what is that cause? The intermediate verse says: 'To show others for Bodhi, its cause is universal giving, the uninterrupted cause of obtaining it, the nature of many lands of merit.' Thus it is said, for the Bodhi with the nature to be explained, to place it by showing the path of seeing and so on is observation. Only the cause of Bodhi, for those who correctly give the Prajnaparamita separately by means of correct words and meanings, etc., is the second. The uninterrupted cause of obtaining Bodhi is the nature of extremely much merit of oneself practicing the Prajnaparamita and so on is the third. For what meaning is the path of seeing established with such a cause, what is that great Bodhi? The intermediate verse says: 'Great Bodhi, without defilement, exhaustion, and non-birth, wisdom Bodhi is said thus, because of exhaustion and non-birth, those should be known in order.' Thus it is said, the defilements of the afflictive obscurations and the cognitive obscurations, those observed as arising and not arising, 'Apart from the Dharmadhatu, thus there is no Dharma.' Thus it appears, because the nature of the Dharmadhatu is like space without cessation and arising? The nature of one and many, as well as the continuum and the result

Like the horns of a rabbit, which are impossible, like a lotus in the sky, there is no cessation or arising. Therefore, the wisdom of sequentially exhausting all defilements and not arising, the nature of realizing all phenomena without error, the nature of the Dharmakaya and so on, is called great Bodhi. Why is that? Because of this. If one thinks that the wisdom of destruction is the wisdom that destruction is exhausted by the thought of the destruction of things, and the wisdom that non-arising is the wisdom that non-arising is not arising by the thought of non-arising of things, then it is called the wisdom of destruction and non-arising. If it is said that Bodhi is also destruction and non-arising, then it is not reasonable for them to have wisdom only without destruction and non-arising. Thus, it is said in the intermediate verse: In the nature of no cessation, by the path called seeing, what kind of discrimination is exhausted? What kind of unborn peaceful form is obtained? The meaning is that those who are born and unborn are sequentially the nature of the obstacle to cessation and arising. If it is separated from cessation and is the nature of suchness in the ultimate sense, then the attachment to the inverted appearance of things, you, by the power of the path of seeing, the nature of discrimination and so on, what is exhausted? What is born of the unborn Dharma nature? Because there is nothing at all, we should take the essence of our doctrine, so think. If it is not like that, if you admit that the Dharma really exists, then the Blessed One has completely abandoned the discrimination of afflictions and cognitive obscurations in every way, which is a rare place. Thus, it is said in the intermediate verse: Other dharmas also exist, and it is also said to those who are to be known, what is said to be an obstacle, I regard it as rare. The meaning is that because of the emptiness of birth and death, thinking of no-self, so abandoning the appearance of attachment to self, and thus the aggregates and other dependent origination that are separated from it, truly contemplate the Dharma nature of birth and death, blue and its consciousness, because of more definite contemplation, so this is only mind.
