The meaning is that for whatever, howsoever one wishes to hear, for that, that meaning and that, even without sound, it appears as such. Thus it was said. Not discriminating, not examining, not speaking words, speaking is distraction. That also disturbs the continuum. Therefore, the Bodhisattva, having become enlightened in this way, without speaking, may he teach the Dharma, thus he made a vow. Therefore, because it is similar to the Buddha, even in the state of a Pratyekabuddha, by the power of vows and so on, even without sound, but whoever, for whatever meaning, wishes to hear how, for the consciousness of that, that meaning appears just like that, therefore it is called teaching the Dharma without sound. The meaning of the sound of teaching the Dharma is that for the Dharma to be spoken, the consciousness of the listener is extremely created and produced, this is it. Thus, having spoken of the difference entering, the path of those with difference is only superior, so the true Pratyekabuddha path, in order to abandon the conceptualization of the object of grasping, and not abandoning the grasper, the path like a rhinoceros horn by dependence, should be known as truly summarized. Thus it was said. For the Pratyekabuddha path, the truth as previously stated is the only practice, and practicing dependent origination as things are, therefore the conceptualizations of the meaning of the grasper and the grasped, are abandoned and not abandoned in order, and the difference of the basis of the dependent Dharma included in the Pratyekabuddha vehicle, the Dharma possessed with superior difference, the Bodhisattva should know what is realized, it is not knowing all aspects, this is the Pratyekabuddha path. If one obtains what is in accordance with the decisive part, the path as previously stated will arise, therefore what is in accordance with the decisive part, without contradicting the imputed nature of Dharma, the aspect of teaching is the heat stage, the peak stage is form and so on, distinguished by non-decrease and so on, by inner emptiness and so on, enduring for not grasping form and so on, the one with the aspect of form and so on without arising is the supreme of Dharma. Thus it was said. The imputed nature of Dharma arising from the expression of form and so on without contradiction is taught, and form and so on.
