For the path, being certain of what is not the path, and the arising with cessation, the presence and absence of things, the place and lineage being destroyed, diligence in meaning and without cause, for the externalists it is the object, the clinging to discrimination is other. Thus it is said, the Hearers etc. only with renunciation as what is to be done, just like that it is not certain to renounce, because one does not have the path that one clearly wants, therefore being certain that other paths are not the path, with the nature of conventional truth as the cause and effect of arising and ceasing, without interruption and appearing as a different entity, only with the all presence and absence of things, and the birds dwelling in the sky and the nets, dwelling in form etc., in the manner of generating the mind of enlightenment etc., the lineage of the Hearers etc. is destroyed, similarly because there is no dharma that is superior to Suchness, therefore there is no desire, relying on the ultimate truth and without cause, and with the nature of Dharma of extremely habituating stinginess, the things of externalist such as demons, for the object established things appear to be clinging, only with the clinging to the second kind of discrimination, the mind and mental factors of the path of seeing of nine aspects, what should be abandoned by the stage of entering, is what is thought. Thus, the nine intermediate verses, only from the four aspects separately, the unfavorable aspects of the path of seeing are nine aspects, knowing to abandon those, the four aspects as the antidote are also different by classification in the same way. Thus, after showing the unfavorable aspects and the antidote in the path of seeing, in order to accomplish the great enlightenment, with what causes is the path of seeing established, what is that cause, that intermediate verse is: For enlightenment showing to others, its cause is complete giving, in order to obtain it, the uninterrupted cause, is the nature of the many grounds of merit. Thus it is said, for the enlightenment with the nature that is going to be declared, showing the path of seeing etc. to others, well establishing is adornment. Only as the cause of enlightenment, for those in the manner of correct words and meanings etc., the Prajnaparamita correctly separately giving is.

The second is. The unobstructed cause for attaining Bodhi, the Prajnaparamita itself practicing, etc., the characteristic of having great merit is the third. For what purpose is that great Bodhi, which is regarded as having such a path of seeing as its cause? The intermediate verse says: Great Bodhi, of taintlessness, exhaustion, and non-arising, wisdom Bodhi is thus spoken of, because of exhaustion and non-arising, these should be known in order. It is said that the defilements of afflictions and cognitive obscurations, which are considered to be born and unborn, apart from the Dharmadhatu, there is no such Dharma, as it says. Is it because the nature of the Dharmadhatu, like the sky, has no cessation and arising? Or, because there is no object that can be established by the nature of one and many, and the characteristics of cause and effect, etc., like a lotus in the sky, there is no cessation and arising, in order, the exhaustion of defilements and the wisdom of non-arising, is the characteristic of truly knowing all Dharmas, the nature of the Dharmakaya, etc., as they are, is called great Bodhi. For what reason is it so? Those who think of the idea of the destruction of things and think of exhaustion, and those who think of the idea of non-arising of things and think of non-arising, are called the knowledge of exhaustion and non-arising. Bodhi is also called exhaustion and non-arising, for those who say exhaustion and non-arising, it is not permissible to understand only by the absence of exhaustion and non-arising, as the intermediate verse says: In the nature of non-cessation, by the path called seeing, what kind of conceptualization is exhausted? What kind of non-arising aspect is attained? It is said that the born and unborn, in order, are the non-cessation of the characteristics of hindering exhaustion and arising, is the nature of suchness in the ultimate meaning, if there is a reversed attachment to things, by the power of the path of seeing, what of the nature of conceptualization, etc., that has arisen will be exhausted? What of the unborn Dharma nature, what will arise? Not even a little.
