Because of the distinctions such as inequality, it represents the paths of the sixteen aspects of forbearance and knowledge that know the truths such as suffering as their objects, and the combinations such as knowing themselves, so it is the characteristic of distinction. Furthermore, what are the distinctions such as the inconceivable? The three intermediate verses: Inconceivable and unequal, Measure and number are completely transcended, The noble ones are all gathered by the wise, Know that which is not common knowledge, Knowing quickly, without decrease, and without fullness, Accomplishing and truly achieving, Object with basis, All and completely holding, Without tasting and distinction, The sixteen natures should be known, By which the path is more excellent than others, Therefore it is called the excellent path. It is said. The power of wisdom, well held by the perfectly complete Buddha and others, is the very nature of the inconceivable, the very nature of the unequal, the very transcendence of measurement, the very transcendence of counting, the gathering of all noble beings, the very thing to be known by the wise, and the complete knowledge of things that are not the objects of the hearers and others, and the knowledge that is extremely quick in relation to one's own system, and all the dharmas that rely on the conventional and ultimate truths are without decrease, and the nature of being without fullness, and the six perfections such as giving are diligently accomplished by the purity of the three spheres, and the merits and wisdom accumulated over many kalpas are truly achieved by the true combination, and all dharmas are focused on without discrimination, and the nature of the realm of dharma, the mind of enlightenment, is the basis, and the collection of causes that completely perfect the perfections such as aspiration, and the virtuous friend is well held by skillful means, and there is no taste of attachment, called the sixteen natures, which are the distinctions of the moments of the truths such as suffering in order. By which the path of the hearers and others is more excellent than the path of the bodhisattvas and others, knowing themselves and the other two, is the excellent path.

Therefore, for those, because the nature of arising such as manifest attachment unrelated to the aforementioned distinctions is easy to understand, it was not explained. What is the function of those distinguished by the nature of distinction? The intermediate two verses are the nature of function. Benefit and happiness and protection, and the protectors of people, etc., abodes and relatives, islands, etc., and the term "guide," spontaneous accomplishment, and the three vehicles, the one who does not manifest the result, and finally the activity of the support, this is the nature of function. Thus it is said. For future benefit and, present happiness and, the nature of non-suffering fruition, by the meaning of closely accomplishing, it is said that the three functions are the benefit of omniscience, etc. Constant benefit and, averting the cause of suffering and, realizing the equality of samsara and nirvana, and the nature of the support for realizing the meaning of self and others, and accomplishing the meaning of others, and causing sentient beings to enter into the spontaneous accomplishment of meaning, and the result of the definite departure of the three vehicles, the one who does not manifest, these, as the time is, correctly and closely accomplish the meaning, it is said that the seven functions are the protection, etc., of the nature of knowing the path. By the meaning of closely accomplishing the demonstration of all dharmas of the nature of all-knowing, for the nature of all-knowing, there is only one activity of the support. Thus, by the aspects of the function, the combination of the three all-knowing natures is truly represented, so it is the nature of function. What is the nature of those known by the nature of function? The intermediate three verses are the nature of the nature. Affliction, sign, and characteristic, and dissimilar aspects and antidotes, solitude and difficulty and certainty, and purpose and non-objectification, manifest attachment is prevented, and whatever is called object, dissimilar unobstructed and that, without basis, without going, without birth, and suchness is non-objectification, the sixteen natures of nature. Representing with metaphors such as weapons, in the four natures
