The only one, that is, like this, knowing that there is no self-nature, and completely knowing that the knowable and the known are equally one, this is abandoning attachment. Furthermore, how are all dharmas profound by their very nature? It is said in the scriptures: "By blocking seeing and so on, that is said to be difficult to realize." This is because all consciousness eliminates the meaning of the object, therefore it is said that self-nature is difficult to realize, so it is profound. Furthermore, what is so difficult to realize? It is said in the scriptures: "Because one does not understand form and so on, it is considered inconceivable." This is because the self-nature from form and so on up to the unique qualities of the Buddha is not fully understood, therefore it is considered beyond thought. Therefore, that is difficult to realize. Having spoken of the non-common aspects and so on in this way, it is concluded: "Thus, in the context of all-knowingness, the categories of non-common antidotes, all the differences without remainder, as has been said, should be known here." It is said in the scriptures that in the context of all-knowingness, in the manner described, the differences between the non-common aspects such as the Shravakas and Bodhisattvas and the antidotes should be known in order. Having spoken of the non-common aspects and so on in this way, if asked, what are the yogas that are practiced separately? The yogas are: form and so on, those impermanent and so on, those incomplete and completely complete, in that there is no attachment, the yoga of restraining conduct, unchanging, no agent, the three difficult practices of yoga, because one obtains the result according to one's share, the desire for results and, whatever does not depend on others, the seven aspects of appearance should be known. It is said in the scriptures that all dharmas such as form, and their own impermanence and so on, emptiness and so on, their own incompleteness and completeness, non-attachment, unchanging, no agent, in order, for the sake of the nature of the all-knowingness of the three times, the three difficult practices of action, yoga, and division, because one obtains the fruit according to one's share, therefore it is not emptiness, it does not depend on other conditions,

and aging itself. Completely changing, gathering together, contradicting, conditions, not transferring, without support, and non-agent. In the seven appearances of knowing these, through the way of eliminating complete knowledge by proving, the Bodhisattvas teach by following the ten ways of combining with this and that. Therefore, by implication, contrary to what the Hearers and others have said, this is a combination. Since combination must be cultivated through the gate of equality, after combination is equality. The verse says: "For form and so on, there is no arrogance, This is the equality of the four kinds." This is to say that there is attachment to the appearance of form and so on, as well as signs such as blue, and the arrogance of proliferation and awakening, and that there is no attachment in all aspects, which is the equality of combination. Since the path of seeing must be cultivated after separately understanding the equality of combination, it is the path of seeing. The verse says: "In the truth of suffering and so on, The Dharma-knowledge and subsequent Dharma-knowledge, The nature of forbearance-knowledge in an instant, In the manner of all-knowing, it is the path of seeing." This is to say that for each truth, there is Dharma-knowledge forbearance, as well as Dharma-knowledge and subsequent Dharma-knowledge forbearance, and subsequent Dharma-knowledge. Thus, the nature of sixteen instants is the path of seeing in the context of all-knowing. What is the aspect of truth? The verse says: "Form is not permanent nor impermanent, Transcending boundaries and pure, Not born nor ceasing, and so on, Like space, abandoning attachment, Liberated from complete grasping, Self-nature is unspeakable, Therefore, this meaning is expressed by words, It cannot be given to others, And it can make no object of focus, Extremely pure, no disease arises, The evil destinies are cut off and the fruit, Manifestation should be inconceivable, Not related to signs, In things and names and both, There is no arising of knowledge, It is the instant of all-knowing." This is to say that because of no self-nature, form and so on are separated from the nature of permanence and impermanence, therefore it is neither permanent nor impermanent. Because it is separated from suffering and non-suffering, it is separated from the two extremes of permanence and annihilation, and because it is separated from emptiness and non-emptiness, it is pure. Because it is separated from self
