Having abandoned the water, becoming the land of the sacred Dharma, abandoning the two extremes, becoming the support for attaining the benefit of oneself and others, the giver is an island. As a guide, in order to greatly increase the benefit of others, one completely guides. For the benefit of sentient beings, spontaneously accomplishing without signs, in order to closely gather, one desires benefit. For the definite arising of all vehicles, one does not manifest, but clearly illuminates the path to enlightenment, therefore it is a clarifying lamp. The suchness of all dharmas is the basis and gateway of speech, therefore it is the speaker of the supreme Dharma. Precisely because of this, demons and heretics etc. cannot disturb, therefore it is the undisturbed one. Accomplishing the complete benefit of oneself and others is the activity, therefore, by what does one completely know such a nature, thereby proving what kind of nature, showing the preliminary of its nature, in order to show its own characteristics. It is said, such as the one called Great Name. In order to obtain the great self, the one with the Great Name is the Bodhisattva. In order to accept suffering, it is the nature of being extremely associated with joy. Because of being accomplished through effort, it is armor. Whoever diligently cultivates is the one who wears armor. Because there is no object of opposing sides, it is the armor of the five aggregates, twelve sources, and eighteen elements, because it is free from attachment to the manifestation of antidotes, therefore the three vehicles such as the Hearers are free from intention. Also, in this way, because it is free from grasping the dharmas to be abandoned and the dharmas to be taken, it is without grasping. Because it does not regress from the complete accomplishment of one's own benefit, it is non-regressing. Because it does not waver from the complete accomplishment of the benefit of others, it is unwavering. Because it is inseparable from how to accomplish the complete benefit of both, it is the nature of non-disturbance. If asked what kind of nature it is associated with? It is said, such as those and so on. Those like this are the ones who can reveal. By the power of cultivating association, abandoning the self-characteristics of afflictions etc., it is the one with the nature of Dharma. Because of obtaining non-discriminating wisdom, it is without elaboration. Because of abandoning doubt, falsehood, and perversion, it is free from doubt and hesitation.

Lo. Because it possesses true wisdom, it is meaningful. Having heard the Prajñāpāramitā, one does not regress from the attainment of realization. Precisely because of this, one does not rely on others, and because one does not turn away from one's own ground, one should understand it as irreversible. One who has become like that, having abandoned the state of the Sugata, in order to show that one does not make manifest even a little of the nature of all kinds, therefore, the "guide" and so on are spoken. The nature of these dharmas is like an illusion, because it is profound and difficult to realize, therefore it is related to the fact that it is difficult to see the Bhagavan. Anyone else, that is, the Śrāvakas and so on, because they have not realized all kinds, therefore they have not obtained even a little, and it is also impossible to obtain. Therefore, like this, because the benefit of sentient beings is emphasized, the Tathāgata himself attains the result incidentally, so even if he attains Bodhi, he benefits all sentient beings by embracing them, and he is compassionate, that is, the Bhagavan. The nature of combination, because liberation is impossible except from one's own nature. No matter which group of sentient beings, they do not know this dharma that is taught by their own nature, however, these sentient beings are attached to the object, thinking that they should reduce the labor of benefiting sentient beings. Therefore, even for the Tathāgata who has not generated the mind of teaching the Dharma, Brahmā also requested to turn the wheel of Dharma. Although it is so, what kind of dharma do sentient beings have? It is said that "sentient beings are" and so on, whenever sentient beings are attached to the basis of desire and so on, that is, they do not regard it as a fault and rejoice. Desiring the objects, because they see them as virtues, they do not abandon attention and abide in attachment. Because they have ignorance, they are unwise. Because they have doubtful knowledge, they are foolish. Because they have wrong views, they are like darkness. Like this, realizing the dharma of the essence is the antidote to desire and so on, therefore there is no place to abide, and because the obscuration of knowledge does not exist from the root, there is no attachment. In order to obtain it, Buddhas and so on and worldly people are here
