It is. Dharmakaya as activity, the four aspects are truly proclaimed. From the construction of this verse, the word "Dharmakaya" does not appear after the word "nature," so it is said that there are only three bodies. Others say that it is said that way because of the necessity that has already been shown, and because it is combined with nature in the verse, and only combined with wisdom and activity. Therefore, it does not contradict all the four bodies mentioned in other aspects. If that is the case, what is the difference between the samadhi without afflictions of the Shravakas and the samadhi without afflictions of the Tathagatas? From the perspective of seeing self, it is not okay if afflictions arise, so completely abandoning the arising of human afflictions is the samadhi without afflictions of the Shravakas and so on. The samadhi without afflictions of the Tathagatas is to eradicate the stream of afflictions of all beings in towns and so on. As it is said: The Shravaka's view without afflictions, Completely abandons human afflictions, In towns and so on, their afflictions, The Victorious One cuts off the stream, without afflictions. That's what it says. What is the difference between the wisdom born from the aspiration of the Shravakas and so on and the wisdom born from the aspiration of the Tathagatas? This will be described. The wisdom born from the aspiration of the Tathagatas is that the nature of no characteristics naturally enters, and because it does not cling to things, it is free from attachment to forms and so on, and because it has abandoned afflictions and cognitive obscurations as well as habitual tendencies, it has no hindrance to all that is knowable, and because it stays as long as samsara exists, it is permanent, and because it realizes each one as it is, it can answer questions, so it is considered more excellent than the wisdom born from the aspiration of the Shravakas and so on. As it is said: The Buddha's wisdom born from aspiration is, Spontaneously accomplished, free from attachment, Without hindrance, permanently abiding, Answers all questions. That's what it says. The subtle habitual tendencies of afflictions and cognitive obscurations

The distinction of completely abandoning the two obscurations, all the dharmas such as the aspects of enlightenment possessed by the Tathagata-garbha, have extremely excellent distinctions, so the two distinctions just mentioned should be understood as merely approximate representations. If that is the case, then residing in the Dharmakaya, which is of the nature of great compassion, why does it not constantly accomplish the benefit of all sentient beings? Because when the good seeds previously generated by encountering virtuous friends, etc., the cause of focusing on the Buddha, etc., is completely matured, for any sentient being, at any time, performing the teaching of the Dharma, etc., can benefit for a long time, at that time, in order to accomplish that matter, because the previous aspiration is fulfilled, the Bhagavan accords with the appearance of that place and time, and performs the activities of benefit. Therefore, residing in the Dharmakaya, which is of the nature of great compassion, constantly abides like a wish-fulfilling jewel, but because the causes generated by the faults of one's own karma are incomplete, it does not appear to accomplish the ripening of the fruit, one should understand it in this way. Therefore, just as the king of gods rains down, but sesame seeds, etc., the nature of rotten seeds, etc., have become something that cannot be used as seeds, and will not grow, so the Buddha completely accomplishes the wishes of all sentient beings, wise people appear, but without merit, so hearing the true Dharma and other good things will not be obtained, one should understand it in this way. As it is said: After the cause has completely matured, to whom and to whom, when the activity becomes beneficial, to that and that place it appears. The king of gods rains down, but the seeds are bad and do not grow, although the Buddhas have appeared, those without fortune do not enjoy the good. Thus it is proclaimed. Thus, according to the reasons stated above, in the manner of all appearances, because the activities of benefit are vast, and constantly abiding as long as samsara exists, the Bhagavan has no exhaustion, so in order, the Buddha is called pervasive and constant. Therefore, the body possessing the nature of wisdom, exists in the basis of the continuum determined by each yogi, and arises in each moment.
