Reducing harm from others. Thus, these become eleven forms belonging to the state of warmth. Because the root of virtue far surpasses all in the world, the meaning of not having eighty thousand kinds of insects arising on the body is as stated in the sutras, "on the bodies of other sentient beings," and so forth. The term "everywhere" refers to even the most minute state. The term "all" refers to various kinds of insects. The term "all kinds" refers to kinds such as color. The term "all" refers to not having insects arising in a number counted as eighty thousand kinds. Similarly, why is that? By saying "if so," doubts are welcomed. The Blessed One proclaimed, "Subhuti, thus," and so forth. Because the root of virtue is completely pure, what is the meaning of having no deceit in the mind? As stated in the sutras, "how, how," and so forth. Among these, the complete purity of the body refers to the body being completely adorned with marks and so forth. Purity, complete purity, refers to the nature of Brahma's voice and so forth. It is said that these two are the result of the complete purity of the mind. Therefore, in order to distinguish the complete purity of the mind, which is the main factor, one prays to "Blessed One," and so forth. Among these, because one does not rely on gain and so forth, the mind has few affairs. Because one does not completely conceal real faults, the mind does not waver. Because one is free from showing unreal qualities, the mind is not deceitful. Because one speaks truthfully as it is, there is no falsehood in the mind. Because one is free from stinginess and so forth, the mind is not crooked. The term "whoever" refers to focusing on the Great Vehicle. In order to truly accept the twelve qualities of practice that do not regard oneself and respect, one proclaims, "Subhuti, furthermore," and so forth. Among these, gain refers to obtaining wealth. Respect refers to cherishing. Excerpt refers to fame. The term "not enthusiastic" refers to not focusing on it. The twelve qualities of practice among these are these, namely: like wearing robes made of discarded rags, possessing three Dharma robes, everything sewn together, and merit.
