Raro! Then how can one obtain it? World Honored One, therefore... etc. I will meditate on the Prajnaparamita, and I will also strive in skillful means. The so-called Prajnaparamita is the complete knowledge of all aspects of all dharmas. Skillful means are faith in objects such as the Buddha and generosity, etc., as well as mindfulness such as desiring virtue, and samadhi in which actions, agents, and things are not perceived. Therefore, if this is the case, because there is no meaning of the senses, the nature of not being a sense, the nature of faith, diligence, mindfulness, samadhi, and wisdom, the five roots of virtue that are in accordance with the part of liberation should be cultivated. It should be said like this. It is also said that: Faith with the Buddha etc. as the object, diligence with generosity etc. as the field of practice, perfect intention mindfulness, non-discriminating samadhi, in all aspects of all dharmas, the five aspects of knowing wisdom. That's what it said. Well-spoken itself is rejoicing, what is said is Shariputra, it is like this and so on. Even so, one cannot attain unsurpassed Bodhi with all faith etc. World Honored One, this Prajnaparamita is profound etc. Because it cannot be obtained by medium faith etc., it is difficult to appear. Because they themselves cannot realize with small realization, it is extremely difficult to appear. Similarly, the rejoicing is said to be the sons of the gods, it is like this and so on. Wisdom is perverse etc., because it is contrary to the complete knowledge of all aspects of all dharmas, it is perverse wisdom. Because there is no diligence in the objects of generosity etc., it is weak diligence. Because it is contrary to all non-discriminating samadhi, it is weak intention. Because there is no faith in the Buddha etc., it is not skillful means. Because it is contrary to the mindfulness of beneficial things etc., it is relying on bad friends. With this, it is said that because great faith etc. can easily realize perfect enlightenment.

Those are difficult to realize with small things, which means that those of medium capacity can realize the Bodhi of the Pratyekabuddha, while those of small capacity can realize the Bodhi of the Shravaka, which shows its implied meaning. As it is said, "Perfect Bodhi is realized by sharp faculties, and liberation is attained by dull faculties." This is how it is said. The difficulty of arising based on the ultimate truth is reversed by what the Blessed One said, such as "like this." Like this, is abandonment, a synonym for "not so." If one thinks that there is nothing at all to be enlightened, then welcome this doubt with "why cling?" and pray to the Blessed One, etc. Because it is emptiness, because it is unborn, there is no Dharma to be enlightened, that is its meaning. To clarify this, pray to the Blessed One "like this," etc. To abandon, is for the sake of abandoning afflictions through the uninterrupted path. Manifest enlightenment and manifest enlightenment refer to the stage of the path of liberation. Seeking and will seek, is through the excellent path. These various names also indicate that because there is no attachment to the agent, action, and object, and also because it is emptiness, manifest enlightenment is extremely impossible. Subhuti said, "Because there is no arising." Because there is no cause, there is no arising. Because there is no result, there is no real transformation. Therefore, because it is not the object of worldly and transcendental wisdom, it is said in order, "indiscernible" and "unachievable." Thus it is said, because all dharmas are unborn, they are not the object of wisdom. How can unsurpassed perfect enlightenment easily arise? Then what is it like?

Although such yogis are particularly devoted to the Dharma, they accumulate the accumulations of merit and wisdom like illusory beings in the conventional world, and then they realize it, so it is said that it is difficult to appear. To explain this, what is said is that it starts with the names such as "Venerable Subhuti, emptiness". Similarly, in order to welcome the question with "Why is that?", it is said "Venerable Subhuti, space" and so on. The meaning of "Do not think that I will manifest complete enlightenment" is that because it is emptiness, the bodhisattva with the nature of space will not think "I will manifest complete enlightenment", because it is emptiness, the bodhisattva with the nature of space will not think "I will manifest complete enlightenment", because there is no such effort, so it is said that it is difficult to appear, this is a summary word. Venerable Subhuti, similarly, in order to prevent the appearance of complete enlightenment in the conventional world, it is said "Venerable Subhuti, if" and so on. The meaning of "If it becomes irreversible" is that because there is a desire for manifestation, it will not regress. After explaining from the perspective of regression, and then explaining from the perspective of compliance, it is said "Venerable Subhuti" and so on. Since it is impossible to regress, how can it be difficult to appear? What is said is "Venerable Shariputra, what should be done again" and so on. If there is regression, then the law of form, etc., or something different from it, or the law with the nature of suchness, or something that has become different from it will regress. "What should be done again" is a general question. Because it is a question asked after considering from the perspective of Dharma nature, it is the meaning of negating the sentence "It is not like that". After generally explaining that it is impossible to regress on the seven grounds such as the Extremely Joyful Ground, for the three grounds such as the Immovable Ground, it is also explained by distinguishing between the Dharma that can be realized and the Dharma that is to be realized, that is, "Venerable Shariputra, can form, etc., manifest the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment" and so on.
