་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལྷག་མའོ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྤྱོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་སྒོམ་པ་བདེ་བ་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན་པ་བརྩོན་པའོ། །ཡིད་ལ་བྱེད་པས་ཡོངས་སུ་བརླན་པས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བྱམས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བསྒོམས་པ་ཉེ་བར་རྒྱས་པའོ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ་སྤྱོད་པ་ནི་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་ཟས་ཀྱིས་འཚོ་བ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཁམ་གྱི་ཟས་ལ་བརྐམ་པ་དྲག་པོ་མི་འབྱུང་བ་མ་ཡིན་ནམ། ཡུམ་བྲིས་ནས་མཆོད་པ་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བས་འཇོག་པ་འདི་གོ་ཇི་ལྟར་སྙམ་པའི་དོགས་པ་དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་བསུ་ནས་ཀཽ་ཤི་ཀ་དེ་ནི་འདི་ལྟར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གསུངས་སོ། །འདི་ལྟར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཚིག་གི་ཕྲད་དེ་གང་གི་ཕྱིར་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །འདི་སྐད་དུ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་དུ་ཕྱིན་པ་བྲི་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་ ཉིད་ཀྱིས་དེའི་ལུས་ལ་མི་མ་ཡིན་པ་དག་མདངས་ཉེ་བར་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ནི་གང་གི་ཕྱིར་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཡིན་པ་དེ་བས་ན་མདངས་བཅུག་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཁ་ཟས་ཀྱི་བྱ་བ་བྱས་པ་ཉིད་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་འདི་ཁ་ཟས་ལ་བརྐམ་པ་ཆུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །རང་དང་གཞན་མཉམ་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་རང་དང་གཞན་གྱི་དོན་གྱི་མོས་པ་རྣམ་པ་དགུ་སྟེ་དེ་ལྟར་བསྟན་ནས་གཞན་གྱི་དོན་གྱི་མོས་པའི་རྣམ་པ་ཆུང་དུའི་དོན་གསུངས་པ་ནི། ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་བྲིས་ཏེ་གླེགས་བམ་དུ་ཆུད་པར་བྱས་ཏེ་མཆོད་པ་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བས་འཇོག་ཅིང་མཆོད་པར་བྱེད་ཅིང་འཛིན་པར་མི་བྱེད་འཆང་བར་མི་བྱེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །དེ་བས་ན་སྟེ་འཛིན་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་མི་བྱེད་པ་དེ་ལ་ལྟོས་ནས། ཀཽ་ཤི་ཀ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུའམ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མོ་འདི་ཉིད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་འཆད་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་གང་ཟག་ཡིན་པ་འདིའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཉེ་བར་སྡུད་པ་ནི་ཀཽ་ཤི་ཀ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུའམ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མོ་འདི་ཉིད་དེ་བས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གསུངས་སོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་ནས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་དུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་སྐབས་སུ་འདིས་ཅི་ཞིག་བྱ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པར་ནི་མི་བྱ་སྟེ། གང་གི་ཕྱིར་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་དང་སྙིང་རྗེའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཅན་གྱི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཉིད་ནི་གཙོར་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་དུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ལྷག་པའི་བསམ་པས་མཉན་པར་བྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཐོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བོར་ལ་སྟན་དམའ་བ་ལ་འདུག་སྟེ། །རྣམ་པར་གཡེང་བ

具有……被称为剩余。瑜伽行者，被称为禅定，修习安乐，精进。以作意完全滋润，被称为慈爱等修习，近而增长。行瑜伽是因以禅定为食，所以对段食不会生起强烈的贪求，不是吗？写完佛母后，以供养先导而安放，这个理解如何呢？对于这个疑问，以“为何”来迎接，之后宣说了 कौशिका (Kauśika，憍尸迦)“是这样”等。所谓“这样”，是词的助词，是“因为什么”的意思。如此说，为了圆满般若波罗蜜多、禅定波罗蜜多，精勤书写般若波罗蜜多等， 自身就会想非人等会使他的身体容光焕发，因为这是法性，所以说注入容光本身就是做了食物的作用，因此说这会减少对食物的贪求。以自他平等性，自他利益的意乐有九种，如此开示后，宣说了他人利益意乐的微小之义是：书写此般若波罗蜜多，放入经卷中，以供养先导而安放，进行供养，不执持，不携带等。因此，即是相对于不执持等而言， कौशिका (Kauśika，憍尸迦)“种姓之子或种姓之女就是此”是指将要宣讲的补特伽罗。近摄是 कौशिका (Kauśika，憍尸迦)种姓之子或种姓之女就是此，因此宣说了“因为”等。发菩提心后，对于般若波罗蜜多的场合，不应说“这要做什么”，因为空性与具有大悲心的菩提心本身，主要是般若波罗蜜多。以增上意乐听闻，是指舍弃头盖骨等，坐在低矮的坐垫上，散乱

That which is endowed with... is called the remainder. A practitioner of yoga is one who cultivates samadhi, experiences bliss, and is diligent. To be completely moistened by attention means that loving-kindness and the like are cultivated and grow near. Is it not the case that one who practices yoga does not develop a strong craving for coarse food because they subsist on the food of meditative concentration? How should one understand the placement of the image of the Mother after writing it and preceding it with offerings? To address this doubt, it is introduced with "Why?" and then कौशिका (Kauśika, Kausika) "it is like this" and so on are spoken. "Like this" is a particle of speech, meaning "for what reason?" It is said that in order to perfect the perfection of wisdom and the perfection of meditative concentration, by diligently writing the perfection of wisdom and so on, non-humans will cause his body to radiate with splendor, because this is the nature of reality. Therefore, it is said that injecting radiance itself is doing the work of food, and therefore it is said that this will reduce craving for food. With the equality of self and others, there are nine aspects of the intention for the benefit of self and others. After teaching in this way, the meaning of the smallness of the intention for the benefit of others is explained: writing this perfection of wisdom, placing it in a book, placing it with offerings preceding it, making offerings, not holding, not carrying, and so on. Therefore, in relation to not holding and so on, कौशिका (Kauśika, Kausika) "a son or daughter of the lineage, this very one" refers to the person who will be explained. The close gathering is कौशिका (Kauśika, Kausika) a son or daughter of the lineage, this very one, therefore "because" and so on are spoken. After generating the mind of enlightenment, in the context of the perfection of wisdom, one should not say "what is this to do?" because emptiness and the mind of enlightenment, which has the essence of compassion, are primarily the perfection of wisdom. To listen with heightened intention means to abandon skulls and so on, sit on a low cushion, and be distracted.
