Because it will not arise. Therefore, after that, in order to show the definite arising of equality, it is said, "Like the equality of the sky," and so on. In order to say that equality is like the sky, emptiness pervades all the mandalas of knowable things, and it is immaculate wisdom, so that is the Mahayana. If there is no benefit to sentient beings, it is impossible to accumulate merit, so equality will not be truly realized. Therefore, after that, it is said, "How does the definite arising of the benefit of sentient beings occur?" and so on. Because it is said that the Mahayana has the opportunity for sentient beings, it is shown that the Mahayana must arise for their benefit. If it is not like this, if it is empty of beneficial things, it is unreasonable to have a gap. "Bhagavan, with these numbers," and so on, is to bring it closer. "With these kinds," and so on, is another meaning. If there is effort, the benefit of sentient beings will not be complete without being complete, so it will not be complete. Therefore, after that, in order to show the definite arising of spontaneous accomplishment, it is said, "Here, coming is not seen," and so on. Coming is from the past. Going is to the future. Staying is what is happening now. Because there is no coming, etc., it is considered the definite arising of spontaneous accomplishment. If the state of being free from permanence and annihilation is not understood, it will not definitely arise without effort. Therefore, after that, in order to show the definite arising that transcends the extremes, it is said, "Bhagavan, like this," and so on. "Like this" is the way it will be explained. The previous extreme is permanence. The later extreme is annihilation. Saying that there is nothing beyond that also means that the middle is not observed. In order to show what was said like this, it is said, "Bhagavan, that vehicle," and so on. Because all dharmas are naturally completely pacified, that vehicle is the emptiness of the three times, therefore the Mahayana has no previous extreme, etc., this is the meaning of the words. Not contrary to the nature of reality.

In order to know "good" etc. by expressing the meaning, "Subhuti" etc. were spoken. To summarize, it is said "Thus, this is" etc. The definitive arising that transcends the limits is also because it cannot be perfected without obtaining the stages of the three vehicles respectively, so the definitive arising of obtaining is spoken after that, that is, "Bodhisattva Mahasattva through learning this" etc. "This" refers to the Mahayana. In order to know that all-knowingness is the nature of the three vehicles and the cause of the realization of all noble beings, it is said "subsequently obtained" etc. Due to the change of voice, the noble Samantabhadra was confused, so he requested "Bhagavan" etc. For the meaning of Prajnaparamita, that is, to especially give you courage, blessings were given at the beginning. Because without constant samadhi, the appearance of wisdom will not arise, so thinking whether it has changed again, the noble Subhuti requested "Bhagavan is" etc. Contradiction is the past. The Tathagata's blessing is because it is not appropriate to teach upside down, so it is said "Subhuti is not like that" etc. "Following" means conforming to the rules, meaning that the meaning of Prajnaparamita is the nature of the Mahayana. Because he saw that he had the ability to teach the profound Dharma in various ways, he prayed, "Bhagavan, this is the power of the Buddha." The definitive arising of obtaining is also characterized by the fact that what is to be obtained, what can be obtained, and the relationship between the two are blocked. Therefore, in the case where what is to be obtained is blocked, he prayed, "Furthermore" etc. The meaning of the word "furthermore" is the meaning of order. "Finally" refers to the seventh. "Without approximate realization" means that the Bodhisattva of the nature of form etc. to be obtained, even a little bit, is the remainder, because the Bodhisattva to be obtained does not exist itself, so he thought like this.

Doubting whether Bodhisattvas, forms, etc., exist if they are not like space, one asks, "Why is it not realized?" and is answered with "Because it is without form," and so on. If it is not the realm of Dharma, why is there no Dharma? For this reason, like the realm of Dharma, the nature of forms, etc., that have become its nature is immeasurable, therefore Bodhisattvas are also immeasurable, therefore Bodhisattvas are unattainable, thus it is thought. Speaking from the perspective of refuting the obtainable, it is said, "Form is the Bodhisattva," and so on. Forms, etc., are not existent by reason, therefore the obtainable Bodhisattva of that nature is not visible, thus it is thought. If it is not visible in that way, is it not the very nature of it? The answer is given with "This also," and so on. This non-realization also does not exist, because there is no object, there is no application of refutation. Because there is no thing, it is not visible. Having thus generally shown, then in the manner of self-nature, Blessed One, thus, and so on, is spoken, "Thus" is the negation of what is to be obtained and the obtainable. All, this is twofold, all things and all aspects. By way of all, "all" here is the nature of things such as aggregates. "All" is the nature of things that are of the nature of inner and outer. "All aspects" are the distinctions of aspects such as inner emptiness. Again, "all" is the general and particular aspects. The Dharma called Bodhisattva is the nature of what is to be obtained and the obtainable, the nature of forms, etc. Since those are invisible, they are not truly seen accordingly. The negation of the connection between the two is the question of Prajnaparamita, etc., with knowledge of aspects, means, and no aspects, or with direct perception and inference, as many as the number, they are not truly seen accordingly and are not visible. To show that nature of
