Firstly, this is accomplished by preventing the state of complete arising. Due to attachment to things accumulated since beginningless time, in order to show the second immeasurable sentient beings to those who do not understand the immeasurable sentient beings as spoken of, it is said, "Noble Subhuti, how..." and so on. How, means abandoning, because there is no prior limit, etc. Immeasurable sentient beings are not immeasurable Prajnaparamita. Then what is it? They believe it is because it is related to numbers, etc. It is spoken by understanding the intention itself, " कौशिका (Sanskrit Devanagari, kauśika, Sanskrit Romanization, Kausika) counting..." and so on. "Not associated with counting" means not associated with the counting of one, etc., because it is not related, so reciting "not associated with counting" from the letter Akong, it means "beyond numbers." "With many counts" means that just as the number reaching sixty words is called "innumerable," so because it has infinite numbers, it means "with many counts." If even with two forms corresponding to it, it does not become immeasurable sentient beings, then in what form will it become? So it is said, "Noble Subhuti, then how..." and so on. In order to indicate through those words, it is said, " कौशिका (Sanskrit Devanagari, kauśika, Sanskrit Romanization, Kausika), what do you think?" and so on. Through the blessing of the Tathagata, by knowing the self-nature of the suchness of Dharma, it is said, "Noble Subhuti, for example..." and so on. Because Dharma is that which holds its own nature, the term "sentient being" is not a term for Dharma that holds its own nature. Because in suchness, there is no Dharma that has a cause. Because there is no negation for the objectless, so it is not a term for non-Dharma either. Then, how is "sentient being" called? So it is said, "This which is named..." and so on. Preventing the state of cause, arising, complete arising, and conditions are the four words "suddenly arising," etc. Naming means fabrication, meaning merely conventional.

If mustard seeds and the like are blocked, it will be understood that there are sentient beings who do not faint, so it is said for the sake of asking: Kauśika, what do you think, and so on. Because there is no cause and does not depend on others, what is always present will become non-existent. Things sometimes arise because they depend on others. Because it appears as impermanent things through such reasoning, the noble Subhūti said that it is not so. Now, in order to connect those words with the meaning of infinity, it is said: Kauśika, to what, and so on. For mere conventional truth, no truly existing sentient being has been indicated, so what relationship is there with sentient beings beyond limit and countless, etc.? Because there is nothing to be counted, that is what is thought. In order to indicate that, it was said: Kauśika if, and so on. Also, the word 'again' does not only refer to a short period of time, but also includes the kalpa that can be obtained. 'The sound that distinguishes those beyond limit' means the sound that makes one understand the infinite realm of sentient beings. 'Profound tone' means continuous for a long time. These two words are the characteristics of sound. Sound is also considered to be the function of the throat, etc. There, it refers to mere conventional truth, or even a synonym that has already been understood. Because one wants to express being under the control of others. Sounds, wherever they are, exist and do not not exist. If it exists, it can accomplish meaning, then everything can accomplish everything. Because he has such an idea, the noble Subhūti said that it is not. Because the dependence on others that wants to express the combination of sound and things as they are is not established, so if that is the case, why is it not so? To welcome such a question, it is said: Sentient beings from the beginning, and so on. Only the beginning, pure from the beginning without being stained by the faults of cause and connection, etc. Because it is free from the fault of grasping the self-nature of having no cause, it is completely pure from the beginning. Like this, what would cause the dependence on others that one wants to express not to be established? With all the causes
