Having greeted with "If not close to form, then what is the doubt for?", it was said, "It is like this," and so on. Because whatever is unborn and unceasing, those are not form, because in conventional truth they appear like form. Among them, the impermanent dharma of things existing only for a moment is cessation. By blocking that, there is no cessation, because in conventional truth it is diverse, therefore, unborn and unceasing, and form, in ultimate truth abide in the nature of unborn and unceasing, so they are non-dual. This is the same nature as unborn and so on. Because it is indivisible, it is separated from the valid cognition that makes it an object of duality. If that is the case, how is it established as form? It was said, "Anything," and so on. This "form" is conventionally named and established as a designation for what is non-dual, such as form being logically untenable. In order to show that the definite arising of realizing all-knowingness is not achieved without realization, therefore, after that, the definite arising of all-knowingness is shown. The Blessed One said, "It is so," and so on. "It is so" is connected with "in all aspects." The so-called "Perfection of Wisdom" refers to all-knowingness. The so-called "for the meaning of definite arising" is the remainder. All dharmas refer to form and so on. "In all aspects" refers to aspects such as non-existence. This is the distinction of action, that is, when fully understanding all dharmas such as form in this way. The so-called "at that time" refers to the time of direct realization. "Not closely considering form," and so on, because it is repeated again from another aspect, there is no fault of repetition. If that is the case, then practicing austerities and so on for the benefit of sentient beings is unreasonable, because one has such a thought, therefore, "therefore" and so on are said. Because form and so on are non-dual with unborn and unceasing, etc.

Therefore, regarding the meaning of what was said, such as "not attending to form," what I understand is that Bodhisattvas are also unborn, because that is also the nature of form, etc. If it is conceded to be so, in order to show the fault, it is said, "If," etc. The word "what" means abandonment, meaning that because there is no birth and no cessation, it is not practiced. "For the sake of sentient beings" means that dividing those suffering sentient beings, what joy is there and for what purpose is it to experience their suffering? It means thinking that because there are no sentient beings, etc. The venerable Shariputra, I, etc., this is the answer. Thinking thus: If Bodhisattvas are also unborn, then in the ultimate truth, the practice of austerity becomes an unpracticed action. If this inference is established, then at that time it becomes establishing what is already established with an unreasonable action. Or, in the conventional truth, then at that time the Bodhisattva is not unborn, because it appears as birth. Therefore, it is thought, how can the action be contradictory? It should also not be thought how austerity is practiced in the conventional truth, what is said is "with what kind of thought of austerity," etc. To practice with the thought of austerity, here "difficult to practice" is the remainder. Isn't it only Bodhisattvas who do difficult practices such as giving away heads? How can there be no thought of austerity? In order to dispel this doubt, it is greeted with "Why is that?" and the venerable Shariputra, etc., is said. Because if the thought of austerity arises, the affairs of sentient beings cannot be accomplished, because the correct action cannot be perfected. Therefore, if someone with the thought of austerity

It is said that because there is no stinginess etc. in giving etc., the idea of easy doing is the idea of happiness. Similarly, to generate the idea of mother etc. generally for all sentient beings, or especially for men and women, according to the degree of age, appropriately generate the idea of mother etc., and when practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva, think that at that time one can do meaningful things. In order to approach that, "therefore" etc. are said. The word "also" in the middle is to bring men and women closer to the idea of siblings with equal age. Then, how to generate the idea of oneself? "How oneself" etc. are said. Generating pride in oneself, one's own continuum is oneself. To be liberated from and eliminate all suffering means to be liberated from and eliminate the suffering of formations etc. In other aspects, it is also said "I also for all sentient beings" etc., meaning not to abandon completely, this is the thought and action of great compassion. Liberation is to complete such actions. When? "My body" etc. are said, meaning even if my body is cut into a hundred pieces, use those to strive to do things. Otherwise, what kind of extraordinary thing would it become? "When small" refers to the end. "Also do not generate harmful thoughts" means not to be angry. To summarize that, "like that" etc. are said. Like that, refers to the mind just mentioned. Conduct is giving etc. "Dwelling" refers to the four postures. Thus, by relying on conventional conduct, after showing that there is no difficult idea, in order to show relying on the truth of ultimate reality, "Reverend Shariputra, also" etc. are said. Doing from all aspects is with direct perception etc. as the measure. All is the reason of pervasiveness and the other side. All kinds are with the kinds famous as sentient beings and life etc.
