Ah! These two are not different from each other, and have transcended the aspects of inconsistency, are in a definite state, and are very skilled in the practice of the opponent's side, according to the wishes of the realized ones, in any case, from above to above, what will definitely happen, what is called, etc., are the six questions that show. The Holy Liberation Section said so. In order to show the collection of skillful means, etc., the answer to the first question is: Subhuti! The so-called Mahayana, etc., is said in this way. As stated in the Holy Lankavatara Sutra: Five dharmas and self-nature, Eight consciousnesses and variations, The nature of two selflessnesses, All Mahayana is included. Although it is said so, in the context of the collection, the collection of skillful means, etc., by the power of the collection is immeasurable, so the word Mahayana is mainly marked. Also, how can it be said that the collection of skillful means, etc., is immeasurable? This is because there is no measure, etc., it is said in this way. As the thing itself that has been said, it is not completely determined by the measurement of direct perception, etc., so it cannot be measured. It is declared in this way that having the collection of the dual path, with the intention that is fully consistent with all-knowing wisdom, for the benefit of sentient beings, is the collection of skillful means. Knowing the collection of skillful means is to learn wisdom, so it is the collection of wisdom. Also, it should be known as twenty kinds by the difference of inner emptiness, etc. Among them, the twenty kinds of emptiness are: for example, internal things, such as eyes, etc., their nature is constant and does not perish, so it is inner emptiness. External forms, etc., their nature is also like that, so it is outer emptiness. The source of the nature of inner and outer, its nature is also like that, so it is inner-outer emptiness. Among them, the internal source is everything that is included in the nature of the root. The external is everything that is included in the nature of the object. The inner and outer are everything that is included in the basis of the root. That is the mind.

Because it is grasped, it is internal. Because it is not gathered by power, it is also external. These three emptinesses are on the ground of practice with faith. Because the emptiness of the nature of wisdom, which takes all dharmas as emptiness, such as internal emptiness, as its object, is also emptiness, emptiness is emptiness. Merely knowing all dharmas as emptiness is all dharmas as emptiness, but that is also emptiness as emptiness, because it eliminates the conceptualization that clings to it. This is the path of joining. The ten directions are great emptiness because they are empty of directions, because they are large in shape. This is the first ground because of the meaning of all-pervading. Ultimate nirvana is ultimate emptiness because it is empty of the nature of the meaning of nirvana, because it is merely separation. This is the second ground because of the meaning of supreme meaning. Conditioned phenomena, the three realms, are conditioned emptiness because they are empty of the desire realm, etc., because they are completely unestablished in nature, because they are able to act as an antidote. This is the third ground because of the supreme meaning of the meaning of the same cause. Unconditioned phenomena, unborn, unceasing, and unchanging other than abiding, are unconditioned emptiness because they are empty of themselves, because there is no birth, etc., because the reasons for the imputation of unborn, etc., are inconsistent. This is the fourth ground because of the meaning of non-grasping. The limit is the emptiness of the limit, so it is the emptiness of transcendence because it transcends the limit. The limit is a part, and for this, in the middle of the two limits of annihilation and permanence, by what reason are those parts distinguished, thereby establishing it as its own nature, that is nothing at all. This is the fifth ground because of the meaning of no different cause. The beginning, middle, and end, etc., because they are empty of those, the emptiness of no beginning and end, etc., because of following the nature of reality, the limit itself is completely non-existent. This is all-pervading.
