Therefore, it will be very difficult to completely abandon all the conceptual thoughts of afflictions and the obscuration of knowledge. Like this, since arising and ceasing are empty, meditating on no-self, completely abandoning the attachment to self, and correctly focusing on the aggregates and so forth, which are devoid of self-nature and are dependently originated, they are the nature of arising and ceasing. Since objects and their cognition are definitely focused on together, one should believe that these are only mind, and there are no external objects. And without completely abandoning the attachment to the mind that has the appearance of grasping, one should abandon the attachment to external objects. When one definitely thinks that if there is no object to be grasped, there is no grasper, then one should also completely eliminate the characteristic of the appearance of grasping, which is only consciousness. Thus, one should definitely think that the only existing nature is non-dual wisdom. And also, since it is a dependent origination, it is without self-nature like an illusion. In reality, it is free from the nature of examining things and non-things, and so on. When the power of meditation of meditating in this way is perfected, just like the cognition of jewels and silver, etc. by some people, having abandoned all the signs of delusion, the non-conceptual mind that appears as the nature of illusion is truly born in some way, and is individually realized by oneself, so the yogi can truly abandon the obscuration of knowledge. If it is not like that, then just like clinging to the insubstantial nature of space at all times, because of clinging to one's own nature that cannot be produced or abandoned, if the nature of merely knowing momentary dharmas and the characteristics of what is to be known truly exist in the ultimate sense, and are one, then by practicing the antidote, like space, it will not help them at all. Therefore, since the inverted attachment to things does not reverse, others think that the Blessed One has completely abandoned the obscuration of knowledge, and that he acknowledges that all dharmas exist, these two are acknowledging mutually contradictory meanings, so I consider this to be an amazing thing. That's it.

Also, other dharmas exist as well. For what speaks of the exhaustion of obscurations, also teaches about what is to be known, I consider that to be marvelous. Thus it was said. Because it is not proper to be liberated from clinging to things in that way, therefore, without eliminating or establishing any dharma that is the nature of defamation and superimposition, one should examine this very nature, which is the dependent arising of forms and so on, which has become the nature of truth in conventional reality, as the nature of selflessness and so on. Thus, just as a magician defeats another magician, if one sees Suchness by reversing perverted views, one will become completely liberated, so it should be understood. Thus it is also said: In this, there is nothing to be eliminated, there is not even a little to be established, seeing the truth as it is, having seen the truth, one is completely liberated. Thus it was said. As previously stated, because the demons became displeased by meditating on the non-perverted Suchness, which transcends all unfavorable aspects, it is shown that the demons became displeased, which is what the Blessed One said, "Subhuti, when," and so on. As before, in order to dispel the doubt of "Why is that?", the Blessed One spoke of "Bodhisattva Mahasattva," and so on. To summarize, the Blessed One spoke of "Subhuti, therefore," and so on. Because the path of principal vision is the very cause of great Bodhi, in order to dispel the doubt of "How should one practice the Perfection of Wisdom?", it is guided by "Why is that?", thus extensively showing the path that is not commonly seen, that is, the Blessed One spoke of "Subhuti, Bodhisattva Mahasattva," and so on. Thus, after indicating each one separately, in order to speak in general, the Blessed One spoke of "Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, then all six perfections," and so on. For example, as previously stated, this Perfection of Wisdom is the supreme word that completely perfects the six perfections, therefore, by merely practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, the complete practice of the six perfections will be perfected.

That is the meaning of the word. Here, because it is intended to briefly explain the text, it should be understood that even by practicing each of the perfections, such as generosity, one can completely perfect the meditation on the six perfections. Moreover, in the Twenty-Five Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita Sutra, it says: 'Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva completely gives generosity, he abides near sentient beings with loving bodily actions, verbal actions, and mental actions, that is his perfection of morality.' Similarly, enduring those who receive and speak abusively and nonsensically, etc., is the perfection of patience.' Similarly, not abandoning the joy of generosity in the face of beggars' anger and abusive language, etc., is the perfection of diligence.' Similarly, completely dedicating that generosity to omniscience itself, without a distracted mind towards the grounds of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, is the perfection of meditation.' Similarly, when giving generosity, abiding near with an illusory mind, not seeing any benefit or harm to anyone, is the perfection of wisdom.' Similarly, from guarding morality to meditating on wisdom, each is completely encompassed by the six perfections, it should be explained as it is said in the sutra. Therefore, it is said thus: Each of the six perfections, such as generosity, are generosity, etc., individually. In essence, all the perfections are mutually encompassed, a single instant, encompassed by the forbearance of knowing the Dharma in suffering, distinguished by the purity of the three spheres, arising in thirty-six ways, know that this is the peak realization, the path of seeing here.' That is how it is said. It is also said: 'Generosity, etc., individually, those who mutually encompass, by a single instant of forbearance, that which is encompassed is the path of seeing here.' That is how it is said. Since such discriminations have already been abandoned, how can they be abandoned in this stage of ultimate realization?
