It is about the function of the earth. "Relationship" means being perfectly endowed with a great minister. Because there are no actions of body and speech in it, diligence will be reduced and the burden will be lightened in order, so it should be understood in this way. The doubt that "it is not appropriate to understand without grasping and without obvious attachment" is asking the Blessed One, "How is it?" etc. To ask again in order to answer is to say, "Subhuti, what do you think?" etc. What is called "grasping or obviously attaching" is, in order, a synonym for grasping the distinctions of what is to be taken and what is to be taken. What is called "Blessed One, it is not" is the meaning summarized here: Because the path seen by the non-discriminating wisdom of the noble person and so on abides in the distinctions of "This is what is to be taken, it is the result, I am the taker" such distinctions are not universally present, because such wisdom is the antidote to all distinctions. Otherwise, how can the consciousness with speech experience the things that abide? Because consciousness is separated from the truth, the path will not arise, and like the stage of hearing and thinking, if there is no abandonment of afflictions, the fruit of the Arhat will not arise. Therefore, when a yogi transcends the path, just as the distinctions of obvious attachment to oneness in forests and so on are cut off, so too will the wisdom that cuts off the distinctions of fabricating what is to be taken and what is to be taken arise. Even so, because he does not grasp the suchness of things, he says, "I have not seen such a Dharma." To follow only this is "Subhuti, it is so" etc. The compassionate following of those who have appearances is asking the Blessed One, "Those who have newly entered the Mahayana" etc., meaning therefore do not proclaim it to them. The Dharma that can be understood by the wisdom of a distinguished person, with a distinguished characteristic, correctly summarized in two instants

(Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Literal Chinese meaning) and so on is a request. Among them, the complete cause and the long-term accumulation of virtuous roots, in order, are the nature of abiding and truly accomplishing, which are the lineages that particularly believe in the profound Dharma. In order to show that these two lineages are increased by the blessings of the Tathagata, in the second sentence, it is said that one has done what should be done for the past victors. Among them, the three words, "deep and difficult to measure, difficult to realize," should be understood as the non-attainment of the three natures of the imputed, etc. Showing the distinction of being unique, contained in the third moment, is the Venerable One, if (Tibetan) གལ་ཏེ་ (Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Literal Chinese meaning) and so on is a request. The so-called craving and seeking refers to the stage of listening, which is distinguished by the difference between application and the main practice.
